Martin is nailing the colours of Fianna Fáil to the landlords mast and nailing the coffin of Fianna Fáil along with it.

Are you paid by Sinn Fein to spout nonsense or by some foreign power trying to destabilise a democratic government. Because we all know Martin is right, that Supply is the problem. If supply increases, purchase prices and rents would automatically fall, direct lower demand. Landlords do not build houses, so how are they to blame.??

I’m listening to this debate and I understand corporate investment in the public sector. Particularly housing. The Irish government have the money but lack the political will to do anything about it. Apparently mr Martin is beguiled by the Banksters who have a vested interest in transferring Irish real estate into the hands of foreign investors using a mass manufactured refugee crisis. Police Irish Airports now and shut this thing down. The British have a civil war brewing in GB.

If Sinn fein were so wrong according to Michael Martin , why is Michael getting so irate about it , the truth hurts Michael doesn't it . Fianna Fail and Fine Gael are bad for your health , end of story .

Maybe you need a way to stop the need to supply for the time being, not play economics , we don’t need a housing crisis to drive the economy, we need people willing to invest in Ireland and bring business

And Micheal is absolutely right. Both owner occupied and rental sector problems can only be rectified by increasing SUPPLY. But Sinn Fein are only interested in demonising landlords, who have nothing at all to do with the problem. It just plays well to the voters that Sinn Fein are targeting. I.e the young and working class, who are likely to be renters.
