I made K34 today following this growth plan. Something that helped along the way (and now will continue to do so) was making my main sub city Epic. This allows me to get the appropriate bonus when needed by simply changing cultures. And yes, I spent the 2.5M gems during the appropriate consuming event. Also, all but one of my subs are European to further reduce my construction time. K35 is not far off (2 months or so). Then I can really get to work on developing the rest of my buildings and training the proper effective troops (and not simply train useless troops which simply makes me bloated). Thank you again for all of the work you do for us.
For non-spenders I definitely suggest mostly Korean subs over Europe past k25ish because I find that speedups will be enough if you're rallying well and not burning lots on healing, but resources are never enough

That’d be a difficult video to make for a number of reasons. However, if you haven’t already, check out my video on Buffs. It covers basically all the things you need to know about increasing your buffs and should help you out with that 👌
Most of your tips are good. A seemingly obvious one you didn't mention was leaving your truce agreements/bubbles up to prevent you from being attacked and having your resources plundered. Which is also the problem with gathering resources when you are asleep or otherwise inactive as you leave yourself vulnerable to other players attacking them. It's happened to me on multiple occasions. Also is there a minimum level of power you recommend reaching before participating in server wars? They can obviously help with your growth but at the same time, they can slow it down dramatically if you are constantly attacked and plundered.
I would say research stones are way bigger limiting factor for research progress than gold. Doing adv. military can easily drive you nuts with requirements of 1500+ research stones per one level of research on higher levels. Vikings appear to be insufficient source of those, senior hydras are better but still there are always a periods of time when there’s nothing else can be done but waiting
That’s true, but the lack of research stones only becomes an issue at higher keep levels, especially when doing research in the military advance tab just like you stated. Before reaching that point, most people don’t even care about research stones. I know I never did 😅 Gold becomes an issue again once you have unlocked the military academy.
Theodora is particularly good for double drops when hunting bosses. But as she is not widely available to all servers, plus the fact that you need multiple generals to join rallies, Baibars & Cleopatra are still preferable. They are also much easier to get 😉👍

I'm farming empty castles, and daily I collect about 150M of each rss... I make a circle around the map twice a day and it's all done in less then 1hr...

But I have a question about what to do about an alliance on our server that's mostly bots and their leader is selling those accounts as she grows them and now has 3 of her friends doing the same thing. I feel our server will never grow because we have reported her now God knows how many times about this but TOP Games is ether ignoring us or she works for them because she is using the illegal Boss bot finder and we know it because all out monsters are always gone until someone make a comment in world chat about her bot and then all of a sudden their back.. We are a fairly new server s1635 and her alliance is 11b.. I share new user training between two alliances CRU and ROG and son to be Helping another STS .. We are all doing all we can to get her off the server .. What Advice do you have on that .. We are already joining forces to catch her with no bubble and keep her down but it's proving difficult with new low level players and ones who can't afford to spend.. She's robbing our server and the users who join her blind by waiting till their accounts get to pay to grow level and asking for them.. Most just give up.. Thanks JC##KC ROG
Hi Aka...great video. My question is being fairly new I cannot get to level 16 after increasing everything to 15. It keeps referring me to quarry level 15 or the keep. Nothing happens in the keep but I'm not sure where the quarry level is. Help!
Hi 👋 Seems like you need to build up your quarry first before you can progress. If you don't have the building yet, you will have to set it at Lv1 first, then you can upgrade 👌
You missed out the woman Sha Durr the wall defense general who gives 100% in city resource production and I think 200% food protection from troop upkeep. Can I ask once you are at keep 33 should I leave crafting dragon gear?
I’ve covered Shajar extensively already. Have a look at my videos, you’ll see it 😉 Plus the focus of this video was broader than that. Once you get to K33, you’ll be looking to start getting achaemenidae gear, but depending on how far you have gone, you will likely still need some dragon/ares gear 👌

Hey Aka,a worked example please.... if you've got all 3 builders working away on say k29, academy and rally 27 and you've hit the 2nd tier rewards are you supposed to burn construction speeds out of event to start another build or 2 or what??? Wait until next round as higher level buildings need more rss ??? Advice please. How do you hit the higher tiers of one event without using the other??
You don’t. You need to use speed during rss event to hit high tier. You need to use rss during speed to hit higher tier (unless you are using speeds on your sub city buildings). I focus on rss event only, because the rewards are way better than the speed up events (you get speed ups from rss event which can be like hundreds of days of speed ups, but you get like a hundred million of rss maybe from speed up events, which is very little to me)
That would depend on if you have the rss and speedups to take you to the next tier. If you are focusing on buildings, then I’d say yes, you could, but only under certain conditions: You have a target (reward tier) that you are aiming for, you have the rss & speedups ready, and you have other important buildings to do. So the plan would be to complete the building(s) in your queue that requires the least speedups to complete. Finish that, then load up your next building. Another way you could consider doing this: For example, let’s say I wanted to upgrade my keep. I would need to upgrade wall first. I could load up and complete the wall. Then I would load up my keep. Then I’d wait until speedup consumption to complete the keep 👌 Alternatively, you could use the rss to build troops (if you are at that stage)
If you focus on trying to get the rss you need (through bosses or gathering) I’m pretty sure you can make it 💪 And if you fall a little bit short, don’t be shy to ask your friends and alliance mates for help 👌
Can anyone please clarify if we r in battlefield and lost all our troops and leave battlefield before the time and without healing our troops,then will we loose our troops or not?

Hi 👋 I usually recommend at least tavern Lv27 for anyone trying to get Queen Jindeok. The higher your tavern level, the better your chances. So imo, I think your tavern is high enough for you to get her 👌. The issue now will be gems 💎 and patience. I recommend having at least 200K gems 💎 available to refresh the tavern enough times to get her. Note that this is just a recommendation. It could take less than this, and in some cases, could take more. You’ll just need patience to get her 😇 As for Amir, you could use him for gathering, but he’s technically not a gathering general. He’s what you’d call a Clearing general. That is, when you are attacking a keep with a lot of resources inside it, he’s the general you’d want to use to bring back more resources from that keep. Now that being said, for your gathering generals, you’d want gathering speed books and, depending on the server you are on, the exploitation books for extra resources. In your case, if you can’t get Queen Jindeok, then I’d suggest you pick up a general like Constance if you have the chance. She’d be better for your gathering than Amir 😉👌

Go to the Speedup section of your inventory and scroll down until you get to the 24hr Resource Speedups. If you click on any of them, you will get the option to “Compose”. There you can compose 3 24hr Resource Speedups (100%) to 1 8hr Adv Resource Speedup (200%) 👌
Hey Aka, since you come from a big server I'd like to know what your opinion is on NAP agreements and tile hitting.. I'm in a newer server and we have NAP's but there is always a rouge player. I've been hit twice while in Relics and once in an Ore mine.. The player that hit me argues this is a war game and agreements are stupid. Do you agree? Would you send your troops out into tiles knowing they can be attacked overnight?
If most of you agree to NAP and not tiling, then you just rally the rogue. We had this bully rogue dude who had the highest power for months, then everyone just banded up and rallied him. He quit soon after. And yea there are always the “iTs a wAr gAmE” excuse, but my server prefer to see it as a war game between servers and NOT within our own server
Genghis made some good points on how to deal with rogue so you can see his videos. Basically you can either befriend the rogue so they leave you alone, or you just send t1 troops to gather.
Unfortunately, that rogue player’s argument is inaccurate and self serving. Even in war, there are agreements and “rules of engagement”. So while Evony is a war game, doesn’t mean it’s cool to do whatever you like. That being said, there will always be people that choose to be rogue and make themselves the server’s nuisance. I’ve experienced it as well. So when you gather, you need to use low level troops, T1 and T2 (at most), and then don’t bother yourself too much about it. The more the player hits, the more he will expose himself and will eventually get hit.
Hey Red, I wanted to ask for your opinion on a Range/Siege Hybrid preset using Simeon as main general. Would you recommend this and if so how much siege should you add to the preset? That is what I have been using for a while but was thinking of possibly doing Range without siege
There is no need for you to try to maintain your power with your keep level. Your power will come mostly from the amount of troops you have. So when you get to the point where you start seriously building troops, your power will skyrocket up. For now, just keep focusing on growing. Power will take care of itself later 😉👍
Aka, the only problem I see with hitting the bosses Lv14 and up is that everytime. I hit them I need to recruit more troops in my subordinate city. My generals are currently between L19 to L20 will it stop once your generals reach Lv25?
Just to be clear, which Lv14 bosses are you referring to? If you are soloing bosses and losing troops in your subs, the only ways to stop/reduce that are to make your subs generals stronger and to get higher tier troops in your subs. But tbh, I wouldn’t really worry about that. 😉
Simply because I haven’t needed to. Before when I could ghost all my troops, I’d make sure I’ve used up my resources before going into SvS. Now, I’d have to get zeroed to lose resources. I don’t plan on letting that happen 😅 and even if it did, the resources I’d save from protection wouldn’t help much and would be the least of my concerns

How much do you think it takes to level up your keep to level 30? You should put aproximates of how fast you can reach certain keep levels without expending money in the game.
If you are in an active alliance, it should be doable relatively quickly. Unfortunately however, I can’t put an estimate to it . Everyone grows at a different pace. Also coining plays a major part in that. For example: when I started Evony, it took me several months to get to K30. I know of people who coined and it only took them a few weeks
My experience is depend on how you level your keep, is it slow or fast, speedup & rss is very important, my advise is to hunt cerberus, if you have alt acc, rally it, then you can use the adv waybill to send to your main acc, that way your speedup will be a massive, for rss i always send my 3 jindeok, set my culture to Korea for gather boost, the more Korea sub city the better, or if you have alt you can do the same thing, i don't know what keep lvl you are now but it take patience, hope it can help you out
Golden goblin is so op. I used to hunt them for 1 hours straight (it's included the time i search for them), and i get 72 million gold Mainly because i get most of the double drop which is huge.

The event will end at tomorrow reset time and i can't get no more badge so what should i do?. Should i just use the badge or keep it in hope that the event will come back in the future?. 😥
Ok, so there are basically 2 options. 1. If you don’t mind spending some money, then you can purchase the Godzilla pack. In the pack, there’s a “Lucky Box” that would give you some badges. The amount you get is random, but the minimum is 10 badges, the maximum is 100 badges. I believe it’s a $5 pack and if you use the Double Down coupon, you should get 2 of those boxes 👌 2. Unfortunately there is no guarantee when Godzilla will come around again, and if these badges we are getting now can be used again later. So, you either take a gamble to save up the badges for later, or you use them to get the Crimson Crystals. You can use those to upgrade other spirit beasts as well. And when next Godzilla comes around, if you need to grind again, at least you will have the crystals to upgrade it ready👌
Hi Aka ! I'm struggling to balance my use of ressources. Do you think I should I upgrade my dungeon first in order to get better troops after, or since I've finally reached t12, should I train hundreds of thousands of them ? My main focus being growth by gathering ressources
If that’s your focus, then I don’t think upgrading your dungeon/prison would help much 🤔 If you would like to build troops, then you could do that, but that wouldn’t be my first recommendation. I’d say still focus on pushing your buildings until you get to K33. You need that Forge 33 as soon as you can. You could do that, while building out your troops at a slow and easy pace 👌
@@Fuyu4537 Generally, you get better offers, gifts and features on newer servers. There are also more new players that will be growing at the same level as you are. That makes for a better experience too
Yeah, you need stamina to hit bosses, but it’s the rss from the bosses that you need to grow. Just having stamina won’t grow your castle 😉👍 Also, bosses are just one way of getting rss
That’s perfectly fine 👍 Your keep level has gone up, you’ve focused on the necessary stuff and you’ve kept your troop count somewhat lean. I think that’s cool 😃 Once you are ready to get into PvP properly, it’ll be much much easier for you now than if you had been building a ton of troops along the way 😇 I think you’ve done great so far 😁👍

That’s ok. Increasing your power is actually quite easy once it becomes your focus. But of course, having too many troops when you can not defend them properly, could be a liability. So I think you are fine for now 👍 And technically speaking, you can PvP anytime! Just need to find an enemy that is smaller or of similar size to you. 😉 But don’t go thinking you can take the big guys just yet 😅😂
There is no growing in evony without money. You can do everything right, have a great alliance to rally all day with, in the end if you don't spend you always be behind. Once you hit the mid 30s consider your growth basically dead for months at a time without spending.
I get what you are saying, but I don’t fully agree with that. Firstly, the concept of “being behind”. Being behind compared to who? If you are referring to people that spend, and you don’t spend, it is only natural to be left behind. As for growth when you get to mid 30s, there’s a lot of stuff to do in that range. So naturally, there’ll be a slow down because there’s more to do. So, much of that depends on your perspective. There’s a lot of stuff in the game that is limited by your ability to spend money, but I think your ability to grow is not so much. Your speed of growth, compared to those that spend will be much slower though 😇
I got to k33 in the first 8 months on a new server, and the rally leaders in my alliance are only a medium-big spender plus a whale who almost never runs more than two simultaneous rallies. Never spent a dime. If you know what you're doing and have enough time to hunt monsters during the most important days, k35 in one year is more than doable. We'll always be behind the whales. If you don't know how to enjoy a game that favours whales without giving in to the spendbait, your choices are to learn how, to find another game, to surrender yourself to a competition in throwing your money away to a thoroughly unethical company, or to make yourself miserable over the fact that you can't win the aforementioned competition.
@@tabby7189 yes that is when everything starts to become really slow. Yes you can grow as you stated, sooner or later you will have to spend if you play svs which is what I mainly enjoy besides battle fields. Sol is hard to come by. I am about to be k37, yes I have spent mainly for the big packs for Sol. I can defend myself vs most bigs k42 and under rather easily. Attacking I have to rally or hit smaller players. It is what it is, I get what you are saying I had no choice but to spend here or there as I said I like to pvp.
@@Malzarius85 If you want to play every SvS, that sounds about right; SoL gets expensive fast. I decided I don't like how the game plays (the way we receive and input information, also just how much it's about merely scrolling the map for monsters/pyramids/bubble drops which I find pretty braindead) so I'm looking for an exit strategy. As for rallying, to the best of my knowledge any keep fully armed with t1s is rally only or you just eat a huge negative for very poor returns.
You can win the exchange against t1 traps with siege bombs but it's still an expensive exchange. I have a t1 wall, siege normally beats me slightly but yea everything else dies unless your super big. I had a k44 in chalons he killed everyone from all the teams solo. He zerod me one shot, but the amount of money he clearly spent is insane. I get most of my points from defense vs the bigs like you said I beat them horribly if they attack me with anything but siege then just tp away and bubble and name change and castle change. Most of the action does come during throne time with rallies.
Yeah, it can take a while 😅 And the absolute fastest way to increase your power is to spend money 💴😅😅 Otherwise, you would need to be very active, and if possible, to have alts/farms 👌

Once you get to K33, you’ll be looking to start getting achaemenidae gear, but depending on how far you have gone, you will likely still need some dragon/ares gear 👌

if you've got all 3 builders working away on say k29, academy and rally 27 and you've hit the 2nd tier rewards are you supposed to burn construction speeds out of event to start another build or 2 or what??? Wait until next round as higher level buildings need more rss ??? Advice please.
How do you hit the higher tiers of one event without using the other??
You don’t. You need to use speed during rss event to hit high tier. You need to use rss during speed to hit higher tier (unless you are using speeds on your sub city buildings). I focus on rss event only, because the rewards are way better than the speed up events (you get speed ups from rss event which can be like hundreds of days of speed ups, but you get like a hundred million of rss maybe from speed up events, which is very little to me)
That would depend on if you have the rss and speedups to take you to the next tier.
If you are focusing on buildings, then I’d say yes, you could, but only under certain conditions: You have a target (reward tier) that you are aiming for, you have the rss & speedups ready, and you have other important buildings to do.
So the plan would be to complete the building(s) in your queue that requires the least speedups to complete. Finish that, then load up your next building.
Another way you could consider doing this: For example, let’s say I wanted to upgrade my keep. I would need to upgrade wall first. I could load up and complete the wall. Then I would load up my keep. Then I’d wait until speedup consumption to complete the keep 👌
Alternatively, you could use the rss to build troops (if you are at that stage)
I'm at k32, the rss is too much, hopefully can go to k33 when rss consume come in time
If you focus on trying to get the rss you need (through bosses or gathering) I’m pretty sure you can make it 💪
And if you fall a little bit short, don’t be shy to ask your friends and alliance mates for help 👌

I usually recommend at least tavern Lv27 for anyone trying to get Queen Jindeok. The higher your tavern level, the better your chances. So imo, I think your tavern is high enough for you to get her 👌.
The issue now will be gems 💎 and patience.
I recommend having at least 200K gems 💎 available to refresh the tavern enough times to get her.
Note that this is just a recommendation. It could take less than this, and in some cases, could take more. You’ll just need patience to get her 😇
As for Amir, you could use him for gathering, but he’s technically not a gathering general. He’s what you’d call a Clearing general. That is, when you are attacking a keep with a lot of resources inside it, he’s the general you’d want to use to bring back more resources from that keep.
Now that being said, for your gathering generals, you’d want gathering speed books and, depending on the server you are on, the exploitation books for extra resources.
In your case, if you can’t get Queen Jindeok, then I’d suggest you pick up a general like Constance if you have the chance. She’d be better for your gathering than Amir 😉👌

where do you get that 200% 8hr resource speed up? I only have the 24hrs with 100%
Go to the Speedup section of your inventory and scroll down until you get to the 24hr Resource Speedups. If you click on any of them, you will get the option to “Compose”. There you can compose 3 24hr Resource Speedups (100%) to 1 8hr Adv Resource Speedup (200%) 👌

Hey Aka, since you come from a big server I'd like to know what your opinion is on NAP agreements and tile hitting.. I'm in a newer server and we have NAP's but there is always a rouge player. I've been hit twice while in Relics and once in an Ore mine.. The player that hit me argues this is a war game and agreements are stupid. Do you agree? Would you send your troops out into tiles knowing they can be attacked overnight?
If most of you agree to NAP and not tiling, then you just rally the rogue. We had this bully rogue dude who had the highest power for months, then everyone just banded up and rallied him. He quit soon after. And yea there are always the “iTs a wAr gAmE” excuse, but my server prefer to see it as a war game between servers and NOT within our own server
Genghis made some good points on how to deal with rogue so you can see his videos. Basically you can either befriend the rogue so they leave you alone, or you just send t1 troops to gather.
Unfortunately, that rogue player’s argument is inaccurate and self serving. Even in war, there are agreements and “rules of engagement”. So while Evony is a war game, doesn’t mean it’s cool to do whatever you like.
That being said, there will always be people that choose to be rogue and make themselves the server’s nuisance. I’ve experienced it as well.
So when you gather, you need to use low level troops, T1 and T2 (at most), and then don’t bother yourself too much about it. The more the player hits, the more he will expose himself and will eventually get hit.

Hey Red, I wanted to ask for your opinion on a Range/Siege Hybrid preset using Simeon as main general. Would you recommend this and if so how much siege should you add to the preset? That is what I have been using for a while but was thinking of possibly doing Range without siege
Simply put: You need a bit of siege in your march, but not too much imo
The simplified troop preset I did has some siege in it as well 👍

There is no need for you to try to maintain your power with your keep level.
Your power will come mostly from the amount of troops you have. So when you get to the point where you start seriously building troops, your power will skyrocket up.
For now, just keep focusing on growing. Power will take care of itself later 😉👍

Aka, the only problem I see with hitting the bosses Lv14 and up is that everytime. I hit them I need to recruit more troops in my subordinate city. My generals are currently between L19 to L20 will it stop once your generals reach Lv25?
Just to be clear, which Lv14 bosses are you referring to?
If you are soloing bosses and losing troops in your subs, the only ways to stop/reduce that are to make your subs generals stronger and to get higher tier troops in your subs.
But tbh, I wouldn’t really worry about that. 😉

Why is your resources protected during server war only at 30%? Any particular reason you haven't been interested in increasing it?
Simply because I haven’t needed to.
Before when I could ghost all my troops, I’d make sure I’ve used up my resources before going into SvS.
Now, I’d have to get zeroed to lose resources. I don’t plan on letting that happen 😅 and even if it did, the resources I’d save from protection wouldn’t help much and would be the least of my concerns

How much do you think it takes to level up your keep to level 30?
You should put aproximates of how fast you can reach certain keep levels without expending money in the game.
If you are in an active alliance, it should be doable relatively quickly.
Unfortunately however, I can’t put an estimate to it . Everyone grows at a different pace.
Also coining plays a major part in that.
For example: when I started Evony, it took me several months to get to K30. I know of people who coined and it only took them a few weeks
My experience is depend on how you level your keep, is it slow or fast, speedup & rss is very important, my advise is to hunt cerberus, if you have alt acc, rally it, then you can use the adv waybill to send to your main acc, that way your speedup will be a massive, for rss i always send my 3 jindeok, set my culture to Korea for gather boost, the more Korea sub city the better, or if you have alt you can do the same thing, i don't know what keep lvl you are now but it take patience, hope it can help you out

Golden goblin is so op. I used to hunt them for 1 hours straight (it's included the time i search for them), and i get 72 million gold Mainly because i get most of the double drop which is huge.

Have you claimed all the daily login rewards? There are quite a few badges in there as well

Ok, so there are basically 2 options.
1. If you don’t mind spending some money, then you can purchase the Godzilla pack. In the pack, there’s a “Lucky Box” that would give you some badges. The amount you get is random, but the minimum is 10 badges, the maximum is 100 badges. I believe it’s a $5 pack and if you use the Double Down coupon, you should get 2 of those boxes 👌
2. Unfortunately there is no guarantee when Godzilla will come around again, and if these badges we are getting now can be used again later.
So, you either take a gamble to save up the badges for later, or you use them to get the Crimson Crystals. You can use those to upgrade other spirit beasts as well. And when next Godzilla comes around, if you need to grind again, at least you will have the crystals to upgrade it ready👌

Hi Aka ! I'm struggling to balance my use of ressources. Do you think I should I upgrade my dungeon first in order to get better troops after, or since I've finally reached t12, should I train hundreds of thousands of them ? My main focus being growth by gathering ressources
If that’s your focus, then I don’t think upgrading your dungeon/prison would help much 🤔
If you would like to build troops, then you could do that, but that wouldn’t be my first recommendation.
I’d say still focus on pushing your buildings until you get to K33. You need that Forge 33 as soon as you can. You could do that, while building out your troops at a slow and easy pace 👌

Yeah, you need stamina to hit bosses, but it’s the rss from the bosses that you need to grow.
Just having stamina won’t grow your castle 😉👍
Also, bosses are just one way of getting rss
I followed your earlier videos and focused the prerequisites of the keep. Now I’m lvl31 with only 500k cavs and some lower troops😂🤦🏻♂️

Your keep level has gone up, you’ve focused on the necessary stuff and you’ve kept your troop count somewhat lean. I think that’s cool 😃
Once you are ready to get into PvP properly, it’ll be much much easier for you now than if you had been building a ton of troops along the way 😇

There is no growing in evony without money. You can do everything right, have a great alliance to rally all day with, in the end if you don't spend you always be behind. Once you hit the mid 30s consider your growth basically dead for months at a time without spending.
I get what you are saying, but I don’t fully agree with that.
Firstly, the concept of “being behind”. Being behind compared to who?
If you are referring to people that spend, and you don’t spend, it is only natural to be left behind.
As for growth when you get to mid 30s, there’s a lot of stuff to do in that range. So naturally, there’ll be a slow down because there’s more to do.
So, much of that depends on your perspective. There’s a lot of stuff in the game that is limited by your ability to spend money, but I think your ability to grow is not so much. Your speed of growth, compared to those that spend will be much slower though 😇
I got to k33 in the first 8 months on a new server, and the rally leaders in my alliance are only a medium-big spender plus a whale who almost never runs more than two simultaneous rallies. Never spent a dime.
If you know what you're doing and have enough time to hunt monsters during the most important days, k35 in one year is more than doable.
We'll always be behind the whales. If you don't know how to enjoy a game that favours whales without giving in to the spendbait, your choices are to learn how, to find another game, to surrender yourself to a competition in throwing your money away to a thoroughly unethical company, or to make yourself miserable over the fact that you can't win the aforementioned competition.

Yes you can grow as you stated, sooner or later you will have to spend if you play svs which is what I mainly enjoy besides battle fields. Sol is hard to come by. I am about to be k37, yes I have spent mainly for the big packs for Sol. I can defend myself vs most bigs k42 and under rather easily. Attacking I have to rally or hit smaller players. It is what it is, I get what you are saying I had no choice but to spend here or there as I said I like to pvp.
@@Malzarius85 If you want to play every SvS, that sounds about right; SoL gets expensive fast. I decided I don't like how the game plays (the way we receive and input information, also just how much it's about merely scrolling the map for monsters/pyramids/bubble drops which I find pretty braindead) so I'm looking for an exit strategy.
As for rallying, to the best of my knowledge any keep fully armed with t1s is rally only or you just eat a huge negative for very poor returns.
You can win the exchange against t1 traps with siege bombs but it's still an expensive exchange. I have a t1 wall, siege normally beats me slightly but yea everything else dies unless your super big. I had a k44 in chalons he killed everyone from all the teams solo. He zerod me one shot, but the amount of money he clearly spent is insane. I get most of my points from defense vs the bigs like you said I beat them horribly if they attack me with anything but siege then just tp away and bubble and name change and castle change. Most of the action does come during throne time with rallies.
