    I can confirm that taking K2 does prevent cavities in teeth. Been taking it for years (maybe + 5) and since I started I’ve NEVER had a filling. Must be effective as most dentist don’t mention it to there patients probably because they would loose income ?

      That’s when foods actually had nutrients in them. Now the veggies and fruits don’t have no where near the amount it had 50-100yrs ago.
