hell yeah. A big metal helmet like the armored suit from BvS. Spiky gauntlets. All shiny metal. Bare chest with the bat symbol branded or some kind of scar that look bat shaped.
Just add a hat to the Nightmare Batman from BvS and an old winchester rifle and it's pretty much set. Nobody know that Batman's secret identity is Abraham Wayne, the general store's owner. He fight the outlaws since his parents were killed behind the saloon.
I like that one of the tails from the whip are in Batman's dreadlocks. Kind of makes you think Batman killed Catwoman once, but that didn't keep her down.
bro u are so underrated, you have an a amazing talent for this stuff that people underappreciate and u treat your audience like we are your family and thats something you dont truly see often.so thank u for giving videos to watch and to be amazed and in awe every time i watch
It’s so nice to see how happy you guys make each other, you seem like a perfect match. It’s also nice to see good things happen to good people. Keep up the amazing work Chris, and Laura. Looking forward to some more cosplays and custom collectables. All the best guys 👍🏻👍🏻
Yay for Laura Gilbert cameo with Quantas pyjama shorts ( I've actually flown on that airline as I came to Australia from the United Kingdom back in the summer of 2002 at the time that he lived in the Sunshine coast in Queensland)
First off I just wanted to say that I absolutely loved your original Pirate Batman Suit. I never thought you could improve on the overall look of that Cosplay but damn was I so wrong. The new Cowl, and Shoulder pads add an even stronger Batman look to the overall design of your cosplay. I also love the addition of dreadlocks to the Cowl which definitely adds an extra Pirate flair to the costume. Not only are all of these nuances a massively huge improvement from the first design but you managed to make an extremely accurate and realistic looking costume that completely fits the time period. If there ever was a Pirate Batman who lived in the 1700's during the height of Piracy, this is what he would look like. Your Pirate Batman is a complete Badass! You do such wonderful work and I can't wait to see your next Cosplay! Cheers!
I feel like having the spike/blades on the gauntlets the normal way may make sense too because they could be used for sliding down sails like a peter pan with the knife thing
Btw, Chris. If you are looking for a safe rapier maybe you should look in between a larp site. I got two perfectly fine/safe looking rapiers that are allowed inside comic con.
Been watching you videos for a while now so thought I'd just say well done Chris, your a pleasure to watch and you builds are superb. Your obviously a serious cosplayer and so am I, not to your standards I'm ashamed to say lol. Keep up the good work and I'm sure us cosplayers in England appreciate your work. 👍
Chris, you are an amazing cosplayer and I always get hyped when I see you have uploaded a custom collectible, a red hood or a pirate batman video, be jolly be marry and I hope to see more videos from you soon.
I like the reverse claws on the gauntlet. It's unique. And they would be good for gouging. Batman's gauntlets are actual ninja gauntlets. The steel claws on the sides weren't just used for slicing and dicing, they were also used for blocking and trapping sword strikes as well as disarming. That's why the blades curve towards the elbows, to make blocking and trapping easier but you can't gouge as easy. I'm not trying to pick at anything, I know this is just cosplay and the reversed claws look really good. I couldn't make them look that good. I just thought some might appreciate other functions Batman's gauntlets serve.
Chris I'm a big fan and I wanted to turn you onto either some collectables or cosplay ideas. In an app called Wish found some different Batman action figures. To give you an idea, I'll try to leave a photo of one. But if you go to the app look up the figures, they're insane. Keep up the great work Chris!
I think you should have some kind of armor or something like padding to go under your armpit or the lower side of your arms because the cloth just looks kind of weird for me.
Looks awesome. Glad you mentioned how heavy the cape is. I did a video on my channel where I tested to see if I could do parkour in a One Punch Man costume and the cape really threw off my balance
I'm piercing together a Pirate Robin based on you're idea. I've been prowling Etsy for the bracers (gauntlets) you used but I can't find them anywhere.
Chris, I think I saw you at the entrance of Comic Con today, near the Tick Helmet thingy. You were having pictures taken of you, and another Batman, I didn't have time to say "Hi" though, sorry.
Are there any forms of Batman from other universes that you would like to try? Also, have you seen any other villains from the pirate universe portrayed as of yet?
This Cosplay beyond is beautiful, an absolute masterpiece. I watched this first thing this morning and saw the thumbnail and was like "wait when was he building Slipknot from Suicide Squad?!" Then I was like "oh yeah" Well done dude, really wish I lived in Australia so I could see both you and Pirate Batman in person. Aw well, maybe one day you'll come to Scotland :-)
Hey, Chris. I know this might be a bit late but I've noticed that you've had trouble with attaching the straps to the chest armor of this Pirate Batman suit. I understand it isn't the easiest location to reach and was thinking - If you were to use some button snaps (or something) to attach the straps to the inside of the front of the chest armor it might make things a lot easier. And that way you never have to undo the straps ever again. Just a thought. Anyways, let me know what you think. Peace brotha.
so from the design, I’m assuming that if this was a comic, the timeline of the Pirate Batman would be 2.0 from the long hair, he doesn’t have the scar yet, the powder wasn’t in your hair from the first suit, and he doesn’t do that freaky as he’ll smile you did in the full reveal of 1.0 and then after years of being a pirate, he got f’d up and went psycho, such as doing that freaky smile- SERIOUSLY THAT FUCKING SMILE!
Gladiator Batman would be awesome
hell yeah. A big metal helmet like the armored suit from BvS. Spiky gauntlets. All shiny metal. Bare chest with the bat symbol branded or some kind of scar that look bat shaped.
That would look insane!!! Another idea i had, inspired from Chris' pirate batman was...Cowboy Batman ;)
Just add a hat to the Nightmare Batman from BvS and an old winchester rifle and it's pretty much set. Nobody know that Batman's secret identity is Abraham Wayne, the general store's owner. He fight the outlaws since his parents were killed behind the saloon.
Or ninja batman.
Cdhns nah one of the metal batmen
8:52 "You don't need to wear make up, you look beautiful!" AWWWW CHRISS!! You guys are seriously the most adorable cosplaying couple ever.
dill pickle fuck off
mr. power calm yourself
Skeleton Ghost okay sorry I was just mad at something
The original cosplay was a 10/10... This one is a 15/10. Fucking beautiful Chris. You're the man.
Ivan Rodriguez this has more of a pirate vigilante feel the other one was just a pirate with a cowl
I like that one of the tails from the whip are in Batman's dreadlocks. Kind of makes you think Batman killed Catwoman once, but that didn't keep her down.
Nah its probably a trophy from the last time they banged, he fucked her so good he took one of her lives..
Movie Quality, make it happen WB.
I love love love it!!! I think it's awesome you both are doing pirate styles batman/catwoman!!!
Jesus christ those shoulder pads give you a monster build 11/10
ErickTheBadass at least they aren’t hockey pads
"Chris has been trimming his pubes again" -DEAD😂😂😂
Dennis Emerick ahhhh laurrraa😂whhhhy😂I'm literally in tears
I loved the first one, but this one... how does it look so much better?! It's perfect, genuinely perfect!
Those shoulder pads really complete the look it looks soo much better with those great work chris it looks AMAZING!!!
bro u are so underrated, you have an a amazing talent for this stuff that people underappreciate and u treat your audience like we are your family and thats something you dont truly see often.so thank u for giving videos to watch and to be amazed and in awe every time i watch
Sooooo much better! And the 1.0 version was already amazing
The shoulder pads were so so necessary! I understand the justification for a 2.0 revisit now. WELL FUCKING DONE M8!
This is my favorite Batman cosplay ever
It’s so nice to see how happy you guys make each other, you seem like a perfect match. It’s also nice to see good things happen to good people. Keep up the amazing work Chris, and Laura. Looking forward to some more cosplays and custom collectables. All the best guys 👍🏻👍🏻
Chris this came out awsome! Pffft...and I thought the original one couldn't get any better
Those shoulder pads are exactly what this suit needed, gives you just the right frame.
Were's the PHOTO SHOOT of Captain Bomerang and Harley Quin??
That is so cool. Them shoulder pads just make the whole costume so much better. I want it 😭
The cosplay came out amazing!! And you guys are adorable! Can't wait to see them both together!
Yay for Laura Gilbert cameo with Quantas pyjama shorts ( I've actually flown on that airline as I came to Australia from the United Kingdom back in the summer of 2002 at the time that he lived in the Sunshine coast in Queensland)
Chris this hands down has to be one of the most badass cosplays you've made to date

Awesomeness! Great work as always Chris.
Looks amazing that hair and shoulder pads make it so worth it
The fact that Pirate Batman has part of the nine tails in his hair is soooo cool! The story behind that needs to be a comic
Amazing level of detail. Always inspiring!!
Looks so cool. That ending footage was funny.
Laura looks so pretty and she is amazing
She doesn't need make up because her personality makes her beautiful
Btw, Chris. If you are looking for a safe rapier maybe you should look in between a larp site. I got two perfectly fine/safe looking rapiers that are allowed inside comic con.
I love how Cosplay Dad has been making appearances in the videos just walking by
Been watching you videos for a while now so thought I'd just say well done Chris, your a pleasure to watch and you builds are superb. Your obviously a serious cosplayer and so am I, not to your standards I'm ashamed to say lol. Keep up the good work and I'm sure us cosplayers in England appreciate your work. 👍
That is oddly awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! That works so cool!!
Awesome work Chris, it look totally badass
Looks amazing Chris! Way better than version 1.0
Next one should be egyptian Batman, it would look really nice.
Greetings from Argentina :-)
I like the long ears better, but still badass
Chris, you are an amazing cosplayer and I always get hyped when I see you have uploaded a custom collectible, a red hood or a pirate batman video, be jolly be marry and I hope to see more videos from you soon.

freakin' amazing!!! I love it. You desperately needed to run up the stairs and then jump in a dramatic way!
Chris I'm a big fan and I wanted to turn you onto either some collectables or cosplay ideas. In an app called Wish found some different Batman action figures. To give you an idea, I'll try to leave a photo of one. But if you go to the app look up the figures, they're insane. Keep up the great work Chris!
oh geez the shoulder pads look f*cking amazing
Your pirate batman is amazing and given me some ideas for my plain pirate batman
Can't wait for comic con Sydney! Hopefully we will see you you guys there 👍🏻
A tailor could probably make it so that the shirt didn't tug on the chest armor like that. I think it's just a matter of making the arm-holes smaller.
I would love to do a pirate Deathstroke. And the stuff u have shown I'll be putting into my cosplay thx u
Holy fuck he looks huge
RockinWolfie That's what she said...😉😉😂😂
It's the shoulder pads.
You two are going to look amazing
it looked SICK at comic con dude! great work!
thats video crudeness? dude that video quality looks crazy smooth good job on that and costume!
This is amazing! Wish you could come to Mexico for a Con, I would love to see this in person!
Holy sh*t that pirate batman suit is dope!
"Our banter, is NEVER wasted." Cosplay Chris ( i love that line lolz
I think you should have some kind of armor or something like padding to go under your armpit or the lower side of your arms because the cloth just looks kind of weird for me.
One of the best parts of these vlogs, is your dad waking across the shoot. Hahahahaha
Love this, keep up the good work man!!
That is absolutely awsome you have really outdone yourself I wish I could say more I’m just kind of speechless
Yes!! I’ve been so hyped for this
CHRIS THIS LOOKS SO GOOOOOOODDDDDDD
This looks so much better than the original :)
Looking awesome Chris. Are you ever going to the U.S. for cosplaying or comic-con?
I'm making a day trip on Sunday, can't wait!
Looks a lot armored up and sick
Awesome as always Chris!
Please tell me what body suit you used for the Batman costume a while ago
Much better with the shoulder armor
Just some more quality banter 👌🏻
WOW O.O Amazing!!! Try to do the "Play Arts 300 Batman" like in the Action Figures next for your cosplay hehe
@CosplayChris Where did you get the pants?
i think, actuall i know Chris and Laura are going to blow everyone away at the comic con
I prefer the original cowl you had for your first rendition of Pirate Batman, but it still looks amazing!
Looks awesome. Glad you mentioned how heavy the cape is. I did a video on my channel where I tested to see if I could do parkour in a One Punch Man costume and the cape really threw off my balance
It looks so much better
Very good Chris. Keep it up man.
Wow looks amazing. The cape looks really weathered! I would love to see it live in person but I am in the States. ☹️
You guys should do stand-up together. Just go back and forth. It'll be a hit! Other than that, the updates look great!
I'm piercing together a Pirate Robin based on you're idea. I've been prowling Etsy for the bracers (gauntlets) you used but I can't find them anywhere.
Great work man, love it!
Chris you should do a Thor Ragnarok cosplay
the suit looks awesome
How do you get Comic Con tickets I mean I've looked it up and it's just kind of confusing
Chris, I think I saw you at the entrance of Comic Con today, near the Tick Helmet thingy. You were having pictures taken of you, and another Batman, I didn't have time to say "Hi" though, sorry.
thinking about doing a pirate Red Hood
If you pause at 7:36 you'll see Chis making the face I made while watching this video.
Love Chris's humor ;)
Chris wow this is amazing
Are there any forms of Batman from other universes that you would like to try?
Also, have you seen any other villains from the pirate universe portrayed as of yet?
I would love to be your neighbors every other week there's just some guy in the back in movie level bad ass costumes.
Can you make a video telling us where you got everything g from
NOW ALL WE NEED IS WB TO MAKE A MOVIE ABOUT PIRATE BATMAN
Never clicked on a cosplay Chris video so fast
This Cosplay beyond is beautiful, an absolute masterpiece.
I watched this first thing this morning and saw the thumbnail and was like "wait when was he building Slipknot from Suicide Squad?!" Then I was like "oh yeah"
Well done dude, really wish I lived in Australia so I could see both you and Pirate Batman in person. Aw well, maybe one day you'll come to Scotland :-)
I reckon it it would be perfect if the v1 cowl was used for this, it was a lot more unique than the first one
Have you thought of doing a Keaton suit?
Anyways, let me know what you think.
Peace brotha.
Badass suit bro! Cosplayers do it best!
You need to work for iron head studios or something, because you sir, are incredibly talented.
I think you should weather and tear the purple leaf thing in the dreads a bit also love the commentary at the end.
It feels more like a Ben affleck type pirate Batman while the old one was a older Batman
so from the design, I’m assuming that if this was a comic, the timeline of the Pirate Batman would be 2.0 from the long hair, he doesn’t have the scar yet, the powder wasn’t in your hair from the first suit, and he doesn’t do that freaky as he’ll smile you did in the full reveal of 1.0 and then after years of being a pirate, he got f’d up and went psycho, such as doing that freaky smile- SERIOUSLY THAT FUCKING SMILE!
