I absolutely love the mask, I am also a fan of alternate versions of iconic characters, but when they are done well. As so as you lifted the mask up to the camera , my jaw dropped. It's beautifully crafted, true to the character and overall completely BADASS. you've done a fantastic job and I can't wait to see where you take this next cosplay from here. Nice! So much potential for other Batman cosplays using this as a basis! Gotham by Gaslight for starters! The way the cowl pieces end at your cheeks and the shape of the nose reminds me of Hawkman a little bit too.

This is really cool! I had made my own pirate batman cowl back in September out of leather with a eyepatch that is connected with magnets. I also made some leather gauntlets and I went with a baldric rather than a armored chest (wish I would of thought of using one). Definitely will watch more of your videos in hopes of improving my cosplay!
Maybe a not too long pirate beard (just don't shave for awhile) would make the cowl look complete and still keep with the theme. Love the video... can't wait to see this all put together!

That's a sharp Pirate Batman Cowl! When you stated you saw the pirate Batman, I'm sure it was the "Return of Bruce Wayne" action figure or the comic book series. If you can also make the uniform to go with the cowl and not to forget the "utility belt", it's going to look real awesome! Continue success along with an abundance of imagination.
