It's high time RE should manufactur stainless steel fuel tanks. 😊😊. They won't do that , their fuel pump, injectors etc will not be required to be serviced / replaced. Rust formation is the major cause of expensive fuel system repairs in bikes.

Which will flow to the engine without a good fuel filter. May damage carburettor engines badly. Loss of mileage and performance and missing issues occur due to that

Try harpic or other toilet cleaner which contains HCL removes rust from tank. Fill the tank with harpic and water, keep it for 24hr then all the rust will be gone.

Any kind of moisture is bad. Motorcycle manufacturers are smart. If the tank sits empty, it will rust.

Great, had this in my mind too, I suppose you can use the magnet bottle filter too, used in old bikes like Rajdoot, Java, Yezdi...

Rust is big problem in Royal Enfeild bikes , i have 2 RE bikes both have been resuted in fuel tank. . RE has serious quality issues.
