Yeah it does sound like it and it also has the same emotions behind it. Both songs sound like a story of revenge "blood soaked outside in the pouring rain, I'll make you pay for this mess you made"
The story portrays our hero who care and trusted someone but gets back stabbed and is now out for revenge. But the lyrics also makes it feel like he's trying to save him too. It kinda makes you wonder.
The crt glitch transition at 0:21 gives me lifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I don't why people don't like this. This is one of the best music I have heard.
