Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" live at the Sydney Opera House

- Over 800 singers from around Australia came together at the Sydney Opera House to sing Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" on Sunday 9 June 2019. ABC Classic presenters Vanessa Hughes and Damien Beaumont joined in this very special event.
The performance was a part of ChorusOz, run annually by Sydney Philharmonia Choirs to let people who can't commit to a regular choir have the opportunity to sing at the Sydney Opera House.

I was blessed to sing Ode To Joy at Cincinnati's Music Hall, along with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the May Festival Chorus. What an honor! Beethoven is my favorite composer, and this was the height of my musical experience.
