Have we always been able to perfect parry a mauler/crusher overhead using that little stamina? I see only a single block cost reduction line unless im missing some other interaction. I know perfect timing reduces the cost but never realized it was that significant.
Perfect parry was introduced with P13 I think. It has the added property of making overheads only block break you instead of killing you outright. I have a parry guide and I think the only thing missing is the actual timing of the perfect parry (it's very generous, 300ms I think) and the recent change to count you as blocking even after a first hit triggers a riposte (you are no longer in parry state however)
Just imagine if they changed marksman's focus to only gain on hitting a weakspot, and only lose on missing a weakspot. Headhunter autoguns would feel so good with that. Rewards slow point and click instead of spam. Probably like you say in this video that I'm only partway through.
Yes ? Only spidey sense has any cognitive load to it. There's stuff I actually never make use off I keep forgetting to turn off. The text indicators for nets/overhead are entirely too much to pay attention to. I kept them on for the longest time to see if maybe I could develop a habit of reacting to just the color flashing somewhere on screen and it did not work.
About the max weapon stats. I don't know whether it's a bug, but I had a weapon that started with 75% max stat, and every time I empowered it, the stat went down. In the end it ended up being 59% (should be 60%, but rounding errors happen all the time).
Vigilant Autogun Agripinaa MK IX (old vraks headhunter): Full headshot + crit build, devastating if you can reliable hit those heads, some recoil that makes it worse at extreme range compared to Helbore. Specialist, elite and shooter killer, bad against hordes so make sure your melee handles that (or you got a friend that covers that for you). Kant comment on kantraels really since I have use those very little myself. (should take a look at them tbh)
I have a couple runs running shout/marksman's focus with them, they're serviceable. The issue isn't where they are in terms of raw power, the other outliers like old revolver and plasma gun are the issue, their problem lies more in the 2 round burst variant constantly bugging out and their finesse is a little weird for supposedly headshot focused weapons but that's just an issue with finesse calc in general. HH7 post rework is fun.
you're not getting any information you're not supposed to have, the mod specifically looks for wwise events and sends an indicator per event ideally we'd have an even better audio visualizer built in but what Wobin did with this mod is as good as it can be from a 3rd party
@@telopots It's giving you clean accurate unobtrusive information on what you normally would have to use your ability to ascertain sound cues during the chaos of a fight. I think hellbore has some downsides to it. Its slow locks you into its cast timer. He is a zealot main so gotta remember he likes to be mobile and quick.
@Gobeldeg00p Hellbor is heck, mk 3 and 5 or the Blue and Green is a bit forgiving thanks to its spammy bayonet that can handle a few enemies and beats a lot of the non carapace elite/specials. But Mk4 or Brown Hellbore suffers from a worse bayonet attack. It ends up being your ability to know when you should pull your gun out and/or use exe stance to premptively react to take factor for your charge up. Mk4 is still my favorite bc you can 2 shot crushers and 1 shot everything else with the right passive trait build or exe stance. Or just not use melee at all for mk 3 & 5 lol.
@@whatamidoing6555I know their strengths for sure. Used to use the hellbores all the time, had a nice one a while back where I carried a game half-drunk and pulled ~750k damage w/ a little over 100 ranged elites. Nowadays I can't seem to stand them, I much prefer the moment to moment gameplay of melee based builds. Much less stressful on my mouse hand as well lmao.
Watching this video makes me feel at ease. It's good to play it while meditating
You sounded like the Meme of the Shark Saying "Splish Splash, Splish Splash, Hai Hey Hai Hai".
You got a funny voice but also relaxing

Yes, but it's consistent now with the parry window increase
@@dontdoitdan7965how does it work. You have a window to parry as oppose to spamming the button

At some point, having this many ''QoL'' mods is gotta be an actual hinderance. There's so much stuff on screen

there's a known bug happening where the empowered stats lie to you but I luckily haven't experienced it

Hey can you do a vraks headhunter autogun and/or kantreal lasgun video? I would love to see how you use them

I've played a bunch of HH, probably due for some hh7 exe stance gameplay
I find infantry lasguns deeply unpleasant to shoot
@@telopots
I agree about the lasguns, I think its the bouncy and inconsistent recoil that throws me off.
29:10. Wait we’re supposed to have sounds!?!?
How are you getting the recoil so low 😭
(Btw what do you have the custom FOV set to on your gun)
exe stance reduces recoil, and the mod is WeaponFOV
when do we get cat camera? when? i cant have cats in my rented apartment, i need cats and top notch gameplay videos at the same time :(
quick question where did you find your red color in the game..i'm talking about your weapons

How do you highlight enemies in that bright magenta color? I know it's a mod, I just can't find out which one :(

Thought for a sec this would be a headhunter vid. They really don't have a place in the current game, do they?

what are the mods you are running?
basically all of them

Out of genuine curiosity, why not rock a hellbore with this build?
Too much clunk or something else?
