This song was about the band breaking free from their record label and the issues they were having with them. "The risk is worth the gain" is basically I think about what they had to do to break away. They had a lot of debt and long term ramifications as a result of it but in the long run, it was worth it.

When they originally wrote this song the title was called Bitch Slap 🤣, eventually as it came to recording for the album they changed the song abit and renamed it.
And ive been waiting for this reaction for a long time.
