While some definitely seem more sci-fi fantasy than legitimate guess, its funny how they got some right, but in such an old-fashioned mindset. The "Auto-Sleigh" is pretty close to what we have and the "Newspaper listing" isn't too far off a radio news broadcast.
I do wonder what the artist thought about his "War Car", "Airplane torpedo" and other aviation-related drawings after the Wright Brothers flight just 4 years later and WW1 15 years after.

Thank you for this comment. Yeah it's definitely old-fashioned mindset but sometimes this guessing is suprisingly right. What do you think about "Cinema-phono-telegraph correspondence"? Isn't it today's videoconferencing? Some probably will never become reality like "Radium heating"... unless someone will invent something to protect people against radiation at low cost... Concerning those war devices... not sure. But one thing is sure. Military industry has always significant impact on technology development. I encourage you to visit my small channel more frequently. 😀👍

Consider adding chapters to your description. Start off with one at the very beginning, and then one after you stop speaking. and then another at time of
    0:00 Intro
    0:24 Why are we here?
    0:44 Who?
    2:14 Enjoy
    9:50 Underwater Forest
    as an example.

🤔🤔🤔🤔 I though about that but have some doubts. First is related with the lenght of description field itself. Here it's not the issue but in case of most of my videos, this field is too small for information I want to put. Thus there is no space for anything else like chapters. Secondly as far as I know, yt prefer videos with longer watch time. This might lead to shortening it. Moreover I'm not sure if many people use this. P.S. As I can see you have also retro style yt channel! Cool! I've just subscribed you!

Future vision seems to be inaccurate, nowadays. But always interesting how people at 100 years ago, how they imaging our time at XXI centrury.

Well, I would discuss if those visions seems to be inaccurate... I would say that there were many good ideas which nowadays become reality, even if in a bit different way than imagined 100 years ago (even more).

take the 1980s alone. we're supposed to have flying cars, shoes with power laces, self drying jackets, and no more lawyers!!

👍 👍 👍 True! Although if you look on these pictures, I would say that some of the ideas surprisingly become the reality even if then they were very futuristic... P.S. No more lawyers?

Before watching. "Futurists" almost never get anything right. I'm sure this will hold up and get nothing right as well. They are so comically bad about getting the future correct that it has spawned a fan sub genre called "retro-futurism" It is unsurprisingly easy to pinpoint when the future being presented was created.
I'm still waiting for my flying car and my goddamned moon base!!!

Please write then your comment after watching. 😉And better after careful watching. True that some are "too futuristic" but some are really well proposed taking into consideration that they were created almost 125 years ago. That's why I decided to put this video here being deeply surprised...

Hi the level of competence in your videos shows that you have great skills but you don't get the views, you probably need to add people falling over or boobs. I love your videos the way they are. thanks

❤ Thank you for nice words! 🤔🤔🤔 Yeah, it's quite disappointing that despite a lot of work, views are so low... I don't mean only this video but all... Initially I though about making this channel as financial profitable. However now I treat this as pure hobby. That's why there are less videos. Even if I'm preparing a new one currently... I hope you subscribe and you will have chance to look on it soon! 😀🙏
