This game never gets old, I have got the elite skin for every monster so far and have unlocked all the hunters they made a great job of making this game anti-boring!! Gonna play it some more in a couple mins.

I still would love to see a plant based monster... it would be the perfect assassin type as it could harden and become a tree or flower to hide it's self for a short time maybe 40 seconds. One ability would be to drop a seed and when a hunter gets to close the seed burst open spreading a spore cloud which would show that hunters location for a short time. Should that hunter get to close to another hunter then the spore cloud would jump over to that hunter and refresh the timer.

The beta was never exclusive.We had our beta 2 on ps4.And this game was for ps4,pc,xbox from the beginning.Xbox players just want everything for themselfs cause they dont have a good exclusive to brag with

This game is gonna live or die based on the online community, I just see people quitting when they don't get to play the monster or refusing to communicate and going yolo.
I strongly believe the community that has formed for Evolve so far is much stronger then Titanfall's community. It will be able to withstand the test of time just like Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 did. Cooperation=Better Community which sadly Titanfall didn't have much of considering it had many similarities to a twitch shooter so communication was not as essential.
From someone whos played the alpha/beta i can say the game is really fun but gets boring since its pretty repetetive, the thing i thought that would keep it going for me like other games of its kind would be updates every so often that offer new hunters/monsters but sadly those things are a 4th of the retail price each, and i dont think its worth it to put in 15 bucks just to keep your interest in it when youve already spent 60 on it. I'm going to guess this game is going to be popular the first few months of release but quickly reach a halt when dlc characters start to pile up and people dont feel like dumping over 100 dollars on the game cus as is the game plus just th announced dlc is already over 100 dollars.
SadisticSasquatch From someone who has played the alpha/beta extensively(I am ranked 21 as Kraken in the world), I could not put down my controller. I strongly believe this game is in a better place then Titanfall was at during its beta state. This game has so much to offer. I am struggling to find out why people think this is repetitive and boring. If this game is repetitive and boring then is every other game also? This is a very difficult argument that I honestly feel like neither of us will win. Basically, it is going to boil down to how much you enjoy competitive muliplayer games and are willing to enjoy it. I have played this game a shit ton. I have like over 50 wins on Kraken alone and feel like I could play that character 300+ matches before I realize that I am playing that monster way too much. Competitve gamer playing Titanfall=You Liked it Competitve gamer playing Evolve=You Will Love it On the DLC note, I agree. The DLC is actually kind of expensive, BUT I did my research and accumulated a valid reason. TurtleRock Studios wants to preserve their community by not splitting it up. In order to do that, they have to make free maps if they ever want to add additional maps. In a way, it is like we are paying for the maps and to not split the community. Honestly, I don't know of any other company that has ever done this. Personally, I think it is great what they are doing, and I am all for it. By the way, you are not forced to pay for DLC, AND even if you never buy the DLC your game experience will be enhanced by someone who has because you will be able to play with them. During the beta someone pre-purchased Evolve and was able to play as the Wraith monster, and I was able to versus the Wraith. It was a fun match, and I like what TurtleRock is doing.
Connor Monroe I like competetive games, but games like league of legends or dota have over 100 characters to offer, each unique in their own playstyle and that veriety is what keeps that game fun since you have so much to choose from, if all you could play where 5 different types of characters forever the game would get boring really fast, same with evolve, yeah youve played the game for like 6 days and so have I and I but i can see that after a month or so of playing the game, if all you play is kraken that wont be fun anymore, i lost my interest in kraken after about 2 days, and after you get bored of all the characters that there are to offer the only way to get back into the game is to get new characters, eacher around 15 bucks, see my problem isnt the maps its that any characters they decide to add in are a 4th of the games retail price and in the end its the only way to keep a constant interest in the game.

You do know that a preorder is basically just a down payment on a game, right? You aren't paying anything extra for it when you preorder. All you are doing is guaranteeing that you get the game on release (rarely sells out anyways now) and confirming that you WILL be getting it.

there are three monsters built in the regular game, goliath kraken and wraith. Behemoth is what you get and a goliath skin if you pre order the game. You start with goliath and once you met a few criterias you unlock kraken, and then meet other criterias with kraken to get wraith.
can we get an insectoid monster :P from the looks of the artsyle on the current monsters it would look amazing on a shelled exoskeleton monster :D just a thought

i got it about a month ago when it was on sale, so did some friends. But the only online we play is with eachother as online games just dont happen. I hope with new characters coming out there will be a spike in players again
