I find her nervousness on camera endearing. She's coming across as someone who's very genuine and not trying to show off. Her ideas are really good and inexpensive compared with the so call "professional" or the "organization experts" who come up with ideas which just makes you go out to the store and spend tons of money only to find it doesn't really work with your budget or the layout of your home. So yeah. Kudos to Alejandra and hope she continues to be endearing. Confidence is good and she clearly has confidence in her ideas. The confidence on camera is something we should not even comment or be critical on. What is it worth anyway? Substance is more important.

I'd never have though to use duct tape as a cover for things, comes in all sorts of cool colours now too!
lol. The dollar store sells duct tape in fun colors and patterns, check there before you spend more than $1 :)
Not sure if they sell them in the £1 over here yet but I'll keep my eyes peeled for them. Was in a big hardware shop the other day and spotted a Union Jack one on sale for 50p
+Average Jane i cant remember the price but i saw some in hobbycraft, i think the price must have been relatively affordable otherwise i would have thought about the outrageous pricing lol

I have a cool success story from this video: I made the chocolate-bar-wrapper-covered-in-duct-tape-poly-envelope and keep it in my van's center console with emergency cash (in case I'm out and about and forget my wallet). Recently, I must have left my doors unlocked, because during the night, my van was rifled through. When I came out the next morning, all of the contents of my glove compartment and center console were strewn throughout the front seat. And the cash was safe! It was sitting right there on my seat. The person who rifled through my car had no idea this envelope was full of cash. Thanks for the great tip, Alejandra!!
i have watched a lot of DIY videos on youtube but this lady tops them all. she truly does projects on the cheap LIKE A BOSS. i wonder if she drives her family crazy every time that they want to throw things out she's like NOOO! haha. great ideas.

I just subscribed after watching one video; keep doing your thing, Alejandra.
I use the foam EGG CONTAINERS for small Christmas ornaments, I have the ones that hold 18 and they stack great In my storage boxes (cardboard boxes) they have held up for 3 years so far, and should hold for 20 more. I use the small ornaments for small trees in the entry, or for decorating candle desplays. I was thinking of using for Easter eggs, but I'll probably use the 5 dozen egg pack instead. If you ask your dairy department employee for a box the eggs were shipped in, it's a perfect fit! (egg shipping boxes ae great for moving as well[Tested and thumbs up]; all uniform size, and they have tons every day u can get.)

Love the pringle storage container!! Its a amazing what you can use around the house which can save lots of money instead of buying them. You will be also feel happy when you see your creative side in use . Wow ! Love your ideas!
Yaay! Lightbulb container idea equals perfect timing! When we bought our house the owner stocked us with all the specialty bulbs we would need but I need someplace more secure to store them. I'm going to use a label on the inside of the cup for each description. Thanks for the spark!

Love the ribbon idea. I run a Soapery, so I took a curtain rod and attached it to the wall. Ribbons, paper towels, plastic roll for warping my soap.

Interesting video but when you said use a goldfish box when you buy goldfish in bulk i was like what?? you don't buy goldfish in a box! an who buys those in bulk?

Great ideas. That rags storing box you made can also be used to store plastic grocery bags to be reused.

I save my plastic bags to use for bathroom or bedroom trash cans this is a great idea for storing them.
You can actually fit washie tape in the Pringles container
At any craft stores just ask

I really like the pringles container idea esp. to corral all of those repeat desk supplies (staples, erasers).

For the former shoebox turned ribbon organizer, I would suggest adding corks from wine bottles if you have some handy. You might also be able to convince a local restaurant or pub to give you some of theirs for your craft projects as I am sure that there will likely be some that they would throw out. You might be able to get some of their beer, wine or food boxes for your projects as well as that can cut down on some of their bin space.
Its a mazing, I'm not the only one who goes to the dollar tree!

Many time ago i did something similar to the ribbon box, and to be honest i didnt know what to to do to have it more organized, but thanks to your idea im gonna find something to put the ribbons like you did, thank youuuu!!!
I really liked the light bulb idea. I like it for maybe using smaller cups to store x-mad tree ornaments. Thank you
I took a Clementine box, painted it, decorated it w/paintings of art supplies & I store bottle of paint & paint brushes in it. you can also do the same thing w/cardboard boxes w/lids (great for small bottles of paint...just add a drop of the paint colour to the top of the bottle lid so you can see the colours you want)
Totally thought the egg carton was full of EOS, Revo lip balms. That is what I'm going to use that for along with the Easter eggs. Love all of your ideas. They have been SO, SO, SOOOO Helpful. Thanks so much.

I just cleaned my kitchen from one of your videos on Your website and set the timer for 30min and got done in 8min

if the Apple container has thin foam sheets to protect the apples, use those sheets to protect the ornaments. or just cushion the ornaments w/tissue paper or paper towels or discarded gift wrap...just a suggestion.

I MADE A GREETING CARD BOX VERY SIMILIAR TO WHAT YOU MADE FOR FILE FOLDERS. I USED DIVIDERS TO SEPARATE EACH ONE. AGAIN GREAT VIEDO! MORE WONDERFUL IDEAS.

The lightbulb organizer is awesome. I have a massive plastic bag ripped at the top because it s so overfilled with bulbs all kinds, LOL just lying on the kitchen floor cos i don't know where to store them! :-( LOL thanks for the tip ;-)
