- Upper Gwynedd police are investigating an assault that sent a Pennbrook Middle School student to the hospital on Wednesday.
Police say the 7th grader was attacked Wednesday afternoon at around 1:20 p.m. in the school's cafeteria as she and other students had lunch.
Surveillance video shows the victim walking along a lunch table when the accused student runs towards her and begins hitting her in the head with a Stanley cup.

She came up to the trans girl and asked for a fight, she said “I’m going to beat your ass”. I’d like to let you guys all know, as a person from the district, I am contacting nearby news organizations and journalists, as well as the school board about what we should get done. This is going off of the 8.3 million dollar surplus stated in October of 2022.
First statement: Most schools end the year in debt, whereas North Penn ends in a surplus. I am incapable of finding an exact source from 2023/24 so I will go based off of 2022. There are a total of 17 schools. I believe they could invest 10,000 per school, on extra security cameras, leaving them with still over 8.1 Million dollars. I suppose saving five million dollars for any potentially needed repairs would be important, so they should be free to keep that, leaving them with over 3.1 Million dollars. What do I believe they should spend said money on? 19 grand will cover 40 great quality school grade vape detectors, for the middle and high schools, leaving still above 3.1 million dollars. I would also recommend they hire two extra security guards for the middle school, as well as the high school. We would have over 2.7 million remaining. They should save the rest for repairs, raises, budgeting, etc. Any other money they can spare should be spent for therapy for the students involved in the situation from this video. These are literal children, who shouldn’t be scared to go to a place they legally have to go. No child should be scared to leave their house, or even eat lunch. No kid should have to worry about telling an adult figure if someone is doing something bad.
Second statement: What does the district do when someone claims to be scared or in danger? What do they do when students blatantly tell them another students well being is in danger? Well aside from a councilor from Penndale getting fired for having public sex at the school workplace, assuming they fix the school councilor system, I believe they should change their responses. Usually they will tell you that you can change classes, though later in the year they do not permit it. They tell you to just ignore the person. This needs to change. I believe that if a student feels they are in danger they should be immediately offered to change their class or lunch room to another room. No questions about it. If a student admits to knowing about a potential fight, they shouldn’t just wait and see, they should make sure security is nearby the potential incident location, and or hopefully find a way to prevent it.
My third and last statement: I believe that if our district can’t simply prevent student hospitalization, then they should either A, change some of the staff, or B, have the next school board meeting, or teacher meeting about the rules needed to be followed. On the topics of reminders, I would recommend having someone come in to speak for some of the schools. This is not at all acceptable!

Well, here is what you do. First, you pull your kid out of that school and tell other parents about what happened. sooner or later, the school will start losing customers because after all who pays to keep the lights on? You do. The citizen. Second thing that should happen is that a bill or some kind of voting process has to occur where citizens don't have to pay property taxes for that school. In other words, walk with your pocketbook. If police don't help you-that is another issue. In other words, it is like that social security scam we all pay into. All major cities are dealing with this "trans" problem. However, you don't have to listen to it nor pay into it either. Walk with your pocketbook and vote a portion of the money from your property taxes to not pay for that district. So, your property taxes go down. Sooner or later you won't have a property tax bill because no one is dong their job and you don't need to pay for a socialistic system anymore. If the roads are bad- again, vote no on propositions that raise a 1 percent increase for roads. If the roads are bad that that money should go into your pocket for the cost of tires( since inflation is not going down). We all are paying into a system that is not there for basic needs-so we need to design a voting structure where these people get left behind. We can't be paying into a "bully" system anymore. More and more school districts are losing respect if this occurs time and time again. So, again, pull your kid out; The community needs to get together to stop paying taxes into this district.
