Been shipped to me now! So excited, this'll be my sixth pair of Hokas. The bottom-line is I cannot run in any make other than Hoka, due to a chronic back condition. So thank you.
My mom who's 75 bought these for comfort and to deal with what she thought might be the onset of plantar fasciitis. In short order, she fell twice....both times while walking her dog. These shoes will get you higher up off the ground, which could cause a little instability. If you've got good balance, go for it. My mom hung up her pair...she loves her hips too much.
Hey Scott Fauble, it looks from the slo-mo footage in this video that you have a midfoot strike on your right foot and a heel strike on your left foot?? That doesn't seem healthy for the long term. Have you noticed any hip misalignment issues, probably manifesting as a preceived leg length discrepancy?
I just got my pair of bondi 6 and my initial impressions are Not good..I was choosing between the 6 and 7 and went with these becuz they were softest out there..thing is , they feel squishy but unstable..very tiring to walk on as they do Not energize ur step..they feel more like they Take energy from you to get moving..They do Not have a Propel you forward feel at all..They almost feel in stance like a car with worn out back springs thats sacked out in the rear..Very strange indeed and not what I expected at all..The other thing is there is a discomfort felt rearward just beyond the arches..something feels like its digging into the area just behind the arch and its very unconfortable..it is in the area where the seam is behind the arch....My feet feel better Withot these on! which is not a goot sign... still testing but initial impressions are that yes ,they are pillow soft but Not in a good way... how a shoe this soft can Still feel uncomfortable is a mystery to me
Amazing cushion and grip, but sadly lacking in overall outer rigidity. The material is ultra thin, cheap, has almost no rigidity in keeping the foot centralized (sliding around in the shoe). Very disappointing for a $100 plus shoe.

Just got my first pair of Bondi 6s, I’m in love! 😍
Best shoes, very consistent in performance and impact protection
Can you wear them for everyday wear.? I’m a senior and need a comfortable shoe for everyday. I like Bondi 6 because of the cushion.
You can definitely wear the Bondi for everyday wear!
