Great vid. How high is the arch and how soft is it(more like Clifton 5 or like the Rincon)? Thank you soooo much for your very informativ vid. I love to watch your stuff.
This shoe is a big upgrade from the Clifton 5 (more like the Clifton 1). The Rincon is lighter weight and a little cheaper as well. The arches and width are similar on both models. - Brandon
I noticed the exact opposite regarding energy return and propulsion... no forward momentum at all and no energy return either.. they Do absorb impacts though..squishy soft but draining to walk in or jog
Absolutely! This shoe is extremely cushioned and the metarocker will make it easy to keep a straight gait. If you have more questions let me know! - Sam
In your scenario, try the Bondi 6! It feels much more cushioned and your knees will thank you later. The fit is a little wider on the Bondi 6 than the Clifton 6 as well if that is important to you. - Brandon

Soft shoe maybe in hot climate but that massive EVA slab turns to CONCRETE in cold temps. I'm a Hoka fan but the Bondi is by far my least favorite. Stick with the Clifton it's a much better shoe in every ways
@@justanotherprouddad1391 It is my opinion indeed and i respect all opinions. But i'm not the only one who thinks so. I just don't see any advantage in cushioning for the weight penalty. And i don't understand why you have to comment to tell me that it's my opinion. I know it's my opinion thank you.
Have ~50 mi. on my Bondi 6. Haven’t felt any midsole difference in colder winter days. Still feels like clouds. You’re certainly right though about the weight penalty, I were a lighter runner not wanting the absolute max cushioning I would have gone with the lighter Clifton. Just my opinion lol. Happy running!
@@rygi23 I just don't get it ! I had 3 pairs and they all felt hard and uncomfortable compared to all my other Hokas ! My Arahis 2 and 3 felt much softer and they're meant to be firmer. And i find my Speedgoats way too soft
If Only yeah man there ain’t no rhyme or reason with shoes. I’ve had those kind of experiences. I think it’s like cars....depends on what day of the week they’re made on. Sure keeps us spending $$$$$!!!!!
I have both Clifton 6 and Bondi 6 and love them both
Great review!!!! I just purchased a pair.

I’m a forefoot runner that lands on the balls of my feet. Is the Bondi 6 a good fit for me? Thanks.

Road Runner Sports Thanks for your reply!
Which would be the better choice, Clifton 6 or Bondi 6? I should state that I'm a heavy runner

Road Runner Sports great call on filming vertically, thoroughly enjoying it on my iPhone X

If Only thats YOUR opinion. I’ve not met anyone who likes the Clifton over the B6.
