That’s pretty good for a phone. I’m using a GoPro hero 4 with a rode mic. Can’t wait to upgrade I’ve been looking at the Sony a6400, just need to save up a bit more. Camera gear is so expensive I mean WOW
It would have been great if you would have shown a close up of the cookie after it was cooked and cooked..as well as the texture.... broken the cookie closer to the camera to show if it's soft or crunchy.

Just curious can you use the store bought egg whites?
I haven't tried this with store bought egg whites, but my understanding is they will not thicken up properly because the pasteurization process negatively affects the proteins in the whites that make for good meringue.
