Bernard Butler, new song, @ Green Note, Camden, 8.1.24

On a freezing cold early January night shortly after the new year began, Bernard held 3 nights at the wee living room that is the Green Note. I went on the Monday and what a way to start the week. I love listening to Bernard's tales, explanations and anecdotes. It was just him and his myriad of guitars, brought on by son Charlie.
Bernard has a new album coming out this year so the night featured a lot of songs that will be appearing on the album. I look forward to hearing them with full instrumentation. I don't know the name of this song but he talks about being 17 and that his life isn't what he thought it would be. He laughs towards the end as he forgets lyrics!
