Love it! It looks great on both of yall! My 15 year old daughter wants hers done so bad. But I took her last year to get her nose pierced, and now she wants her septum done too! Lol.
If she doesn’t like it in the end you wouldn’t even be able to see that it was pierced! Plus you can usually flip them up once they’re healed:)
hi! 20 year old with a septum here :) i’m not super big on piercings. i only have my singles and septum. personally, i was only comfortable piercing a part of my face that wouldn’t leave a visible hole. septums are actually one of the coolest face piercings because they heal relatively quickly, (once healed) you can take out the jewelry for a long time without the hole closing, and there’s lots of pieces that are able to flip into the nose so they’re invisible. when you don’t wear jewelry, it’s like there’s no piercing at all. there’s really no cons! i hope you let your daughter get one, i would’ve LOVED to have been able to express myself this way at her age.
WE GOT OUR SEPTUMS PIERCED AT THE SAME PLACE!! I just happened to be going through the area when I was on vacation a couple of years ago, that’s so freaking cool! ☺️

I loved my nose piercing. Had a CT and then an MRI about 2 weeks apart and thought the 6 year old piercing wouldn’t close. Wrong! Right now it looks like a black head on side of nose.. want to go get redone just haven’t had time. Go do it! It’ll be gorgeous you gorgeous human being! ❤️🇨🇦. ETA: clarification, I took it out for cut and then didn’t try to put back in until after the 2 weeks.

Obsessed with the piercing. Also. I’m not a medical professional so obviously don’t actually listen to me. However a lot of people in my life have had horrible breathing problems and allergies that got so much better when they got their deviated septum’s fixed. So if you have any breathing problems it might be worth going to see a doctor 🤷♀️
I am a medical student and you're absolutely right.
It's a very common thing and if it's causing recurrent infections, allergies, breathing difficulties, snoring or if it just bothers you in any way you can easily get it fixed. It's a simple surgery and you'll be all fine the next day. Nothing to worry about.
A deviated septum is a pretty common thing and can be easily fixed by a smol surgery if you want to fix it... Nothing to worry about there
Septums are such fun piercings! I think eyebrow would be such a fun one to get as well. It hurts so much when you bump it tho.

I got my septum pierced last Nine for my birthday. It definitely wasn't the most pleasant experience BUT I love the way it turned out. And if you have someone doing it that talks you through it and knows what they're doing, it helps.
