Steve was and will always be a complete and total genius. Rest in peace dear angel. What a waste of such a fine and wonderful human being. Kind, modest and incredibly brilliant. Missed forever.
04:45 the shit gets real and the truly gifted genius Steven Maynard 'The Riffmaster' Clark blows the roof off the stadium. Steve really did have it all, the primary song writer, the brilliant melodies, harmonies, hooks, bends and his iconic and timeless riffing which added top his on stage genuine rock star coolness.....well Leppard's never ever been the same. His loss remains incalculable. A tragedy that cannot be quantified. Thank God we all have these videos to remind future generations just how truly brilliant Steve was and remains.
Such a wonderful description of Steve; he really was the spine and soul of the band, nothing against the other members, but Steve will ever be unreplaceable. R.I.P. Steve Clark !
Vivian Campbell is no slouch, but no one can truly replace & duplicate Steve. Such a shame he lost to his demons and was gone at such a young age. RIP 🎸
I’ll never get over Steve’s passing he was the magic of this band I can’t even listen to their new stuff it just doesn’t get me the way it did when Steve was around I miss him so much 🥹
I was at the Hysteria Tour....Matter of Fact. I was at their FIRST American Tour and Every Tour After! Until Steve Died....The Real Sound of Def Leppard Died on That Day too.
Steve was very gifted , talented and a genius! His talent was so awesome! He is truly missed in this awesome band! So sad to lose so young ! Gone but never forgotten!
This dude was absolutely amazing and I really don't think that does his level of talent justice this band is in my opinion the best pure rock band there has ever been .
Steven Maynard Clark is by far the most underrated guitar player ever! His name should always be spoken in the likes of the greatest of all time! What he did with God's of War is nothing short of a masterpiece! To this day u can see it still affects the band! Not taking anything away from Viv, but Steve, yer were always great, u were the missing link that made hysteria album! Forever in the songs, and never forgotten!
I was fortunate to see them on this Hysteria tour, it was an amazing concert and Steve Clark was as cool on stage as ever. The added bonus, Tesla opened up for them in Houston show.
Как жаль что не стало Стива Кларка... без него группа утратила своё фирменное звучание с элементами психоделии и оригинальной игры! Светлая память Стиву!
If I could go back in time to see a concert by any band it's either Leppard on the Hysteria tour, Priest on the Turbo tour or Maiden on the World Slavery tour.
.. and i will never be visiting them in cozy rooms, i dont go back to the first one in one. No one can go in or out No sex ever again. The floor is still made of videos of me with other "yous" And yes every steve clark in one attempts the same plan
He had the potential to hit those high notes without resorting to changing the melody or prompting the audience to sing along. It's frustrating to see vocalists do this, especially when they have the talent but lack the confidence or proper training. I suspect he had no formal training whatsoever and was relying solely on his natural abilities and bravado, causing him to strain his voice in the wrong places and go off-key. With the help of a vocal coach, he could have fine-tuned his technique and nailed those challenging notes just like he did on the album. I mean, it's clear that he had the potential to do so. He just needed some guidance to bring out the best in his vocals.
I seen the pyromania and the hysteria shows, have done some touring, and nursed my vocal chords and had to get thru some shows that I didn't think I would be able to, but the shows I seen, Elliot seemed to have plenty of range and reserve . Seen Lou Graham " croak" thru a show, and skid row when the guy (? I'm getting old), was disappointing. Fronting a rock band is a lot harder than most would imagine.
My first concert my senior year, and still my favorite with Tesla opening 😁👍

Not to mention Joe vocally taking it to new levels at the end
@@mitchcarson6309 yes! Joe's voice and styling there moved me to tears.
RIP Steve. You are truly missed and loved. Thanks for sharing your talent with us and leaving us with some mighty fine music to still enjoy.

You simply can't look cooler with a guitar than Steve Clark.

Steve Clark was with the real Def Leppard!
Steve was really gifted it's so sad he left too early rest in peace
Steve Clarke took all the mojo with him when he passed. DL is still a good band, but they lost that sound when Clarke wasn’t there anymore.
This dude was absolutely amazing and I really don't think that does his level of talent justice this band is in my opinion the best pure rock band there has ever been .
We will never see Steve's genius again, what a man
Bringing on the heartbreak 💔 RIP Steve Clark missing you dearly 😢
That solo will always be one of my favourites. Steve = genius.

I was @ this concert recording in Denver.
This is AMAZING!!!! I wished I could have been there and seen them play...I never saw them when Steve Clark was alive....🙄😢💔
I was fortunate to see them on this Hysteria tour, it was an amazing concert and Steve Clark was as cool on stage as ever. The added bonus, Tesla opened up for them in Houston show.

Joe sounds tired. But then again, he probably is
Phil does an Al Dimeola at the start
Wish they had done Switch on this tour
Cohen & Clark, no other pairing comes close...
👏

I dont know why but I feel pity with Joe elliot ...
