- Happy Easter everyone! I'm so excited to finally introduce to you all my pride and joy, my garden. 3 years ago my partner and I took on a project we knew nothing about. We've never had a garden before and never done any landscaping design but we were determined to have our own little oasis in the big city of Los Angeles. My partner designed the layout and I just went crazy with filling it with plants (LOL). It took a lot of backbreaking work, tons of trips to nurseries, countless hours of "google'ing" plants and definitely lots of trial and errors, but we actually did it! We are still in disbelief everyday that we actually took a dream of ours and actually made it happen. Going through this journey really taught me a lot about patience, respect for nature and my true passion in life, gardening! I use/still watch gardening videos on youtube and it really helped me tremendously with my journey with gardening and I am so thankful for everyone who took the time to make the videos they did. I wanted to start my own channel because I know how much it helped me and I can only hope that my video will inspire someone else with their own journey with gardening, whether it be outside or inside their home. I hope you all enjoy this tour and I hope you all are having a wonderful Easter Sunday and thank you for all the positive support :)

Whenever i feel low and my body is painful ..i will watch this vedio for many times..its like healing therapy for me..no words to describe the beauty amd orgamisation of your garden..love this very much
Could you do additional tours but narrated (maybe voiceover?) for spring, summer and fall so we can see how your garden changes through out the seasons. Maybe what a particular plant is and do you fertilize your succulent planters ? They're very full. And also how you were able to currate your planters and how you thought to design the area. Maybe with before and after pictures of a specific angle. Whatever you have would be useful to see.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your garden with us. Definitely an inspiration. I’m not new to gardening but never pay attention so much to plants when my kids are growing, we planted many different plants when we moved here in Northern California but soon the plants took care of themselves, lol as I pairs more attention to the needs of my growing family and my work as a nurse. Now my children are done with their colleges and activities I have more time for me and my garden. Just like you I am watching, learning and getting inspirations from videos that I watch and many trips to nurseries as well. I do vegetable gardening as well so I’m incorporating that too to my flowering, annuals n perineal , succulents and cactus plants. I love that you even have a small house for the bees. Because you have a lot of flowering plants I hope you have a place for the bees and butterflies to bathe.

I love how you've used all sorts of colors in your garden- neither too contrasting nor too color-coordinated. And I also like it a lot when people use grass and all sorts of foliage plants of varying shades along with flowering plants. I think the garden is beautifully spaced..it looks very natural, like the plants have been there like that on their own..
Keti Jamir believe it or not I only planted one Mexican grass and it seeded in the other places you see.. that’s the beauty about nature 😊

Wow! What a beautiful transformation of space! Three years is not really a lot of time in the life of a garden, yet yours looks so well established. Your bonsais are incredible. The black and blue salvia is one of my favorites, but we have to grow them as annuals here. I'd love to see a longer tour with some identifications on plants if you feel like it one day! I like your use of "fun elements" with the kitchy pieces, the containers, etc. It's just enough to keep one's interest and not too much to be "busy". I wish you lived closer to me. I'd have you come give me some "ideas".
Oh and that hoya is to die for!
