"Well, did you find the nihilistic black hole void of nothingness when you were looking?" Fucking genius. Love you Michael 🙏🏼

The subconscious mind is the sum of all the conscious parts of the human body (organs, cells, limbs, and so on). The superconscious mind is the divine higher intelligence that is manifesting life from outside time and space.
These two intersect in a none-cartesian point of light we call the conscious mind. This is seated in Ajna chakra and by reflecting in time produces the feeling/thought "I am in my head". Sri Yantra

Recently came across another take on 'No-self' via Anatta in Thich Nhat Hanh's 'The Heart Of Buddha's Teaching' - a little late to the party, I know, but just so profound! 🤯
Stumbled on to it while picking apart the film 'Poor Things' weirdly enough - as they both overlap on this idea of fierce autonomy, which I found as a useful practice too: 😊 ruclips.net/video/WQ4WkYpVdKM/видео.htmlsi=WS3KFKGfB534YSqS
