I love this, not only is this great cardio, it's also a great way to build muscle memory at the same time
I don’t have any sabers so I’ve been using bamboo instead. They’re practically the same thing but one just lights up and looks cooler
Awesome way to make doing a simple workout interesting. It's not the most intense workout but it's just enough to get you active especially with the rising squat attacks! Thank you!
I'm so happy I found this ..excersize is boring ..I need to ..I decided to just see if there's a saber workout ..!!
Planning to lose some weight cause I GAINED A LOT LAST YEAR soo yeaahh this would be nice.
Lightsaber practices kept me in shape.
Same
Did you end up losing weight? 😅
I've been looking forward to this
🙌
Awesome work Mike!! I shall adopt this into my own sword drills!! Keep it up mate!! 👍👍
🧙♂️ that was a damn good bit of cardio!
This is exactly what I was looking for.
Much appreciated, can't wait to try it out.
What a work out.. Awesome workouts. Cheers, and keep up the good work
That was so awesome, thank you for putting these out!!
This is awesome. Thank you for uploading your tutorials. They've helped me increase my abilities with both arms. Only been doing it a week or so. 🧙♀️
🧙🏾♂️🧙🏾♂️ Great video. Just what I was needing
that was a good workout, love your videos!🧙
Yes! I’ve been waiting for this!
🙌
Been watching Michell C Smith and pulled my right wrist doing the backpass. Time for this aged padwan to do this stuff before practicing the spins.
Outstanding!! This was absolutely magnificent! My daughter and I started learning about your 9-count attack/block system, which makes us look like pros! I love the practice and skill required to pull off such great choreography!
This is a great way to get a fun workout and learn some awesome moves at the same time!! Thanks so much!! 🤓👍💯
Heck yeah!!!
loved this bro. I'm getting a lightsaber on late July-early August andi'm starting to practice now with a 31 inch stick. Love your content! 🧙
🧙That was fun!
🧙♂️ I made it through without stopping!!
I wish there was an actual class in person like this. . .Anything in Columbus, Ohio?

Can we have time stamps please?
I'm sorry but where did you get that thin neck lightsaber from?
When you’re doing the ani obi flourish whats it called when you move the saber to the other side and go over your head/how do you do that
Slow down the video and try to recreate what you see. But I’ll say what I can- when you bring the blade in front of you for a normal Ani-Obi, you move it to your other side but keep it in the same hand. Complete that same rotation in front of you with the blade facing your sides, then move the blade behind you on the next spin while also raising it, then you’ve brought it around and can loop from there. It’s easier than it looks.

Maybe you can teach us makashi in a video
He already has

Thanks!
🧙♂️I kinda lost it at the end with the hanging parried part but I made it I guess
what's the right size blade length for dialing ? 26" 32" or 36"
Depends. If you're only wielding a single saber and you're not too short, I'd go for the 36". If using a Darth Maul type staff, probably use the 29" so your blades don't drag on the ground while spinning. Also, if you're going to be dueling, don't get a neopixel saber. The individual pixel lights all along the inside of the blade can be damaged and you'll have dead spots in your saber, just like on a Christmas tree. Neopixels look more impressive, however, and you'll eventually want one! Just don't duel with or strike anything.
Best workout Is a duel.
Not everyone has a duel buddy 😉
