I see you found it in the other video. However, if you are just upgrading to a y8 manifold and don't need a tune or anything, you can use the stock ecu and a y7 throttle body and y7 iacv. Then you can either use a y8 manifold from an auto, or y8 manual manifold with an iacv block off plate.

They're AC Autotechnic S7 gauges. I bought them on ebay but I think they're discontinued.
