Since my explaining is shit anyway I threw in controller view, idk if its just me but gta has a very noticeable input lag which is not visible with the controller view(everything happens instantly when doing an action) because I synced it without considering that so it is a bit easier to see what needs to be done to do the stuff. Also I might make a Helicopter flying guide too in this way, not sure tho
put the controller with recharger on my laptop and went to gamepad viewer(just google it) and recorded the screen of my laptop and then synced in the video editing program with the gameplay

Weaponized Tampa and Ruiner 2000 would profit alot from jump+shunt boost But i think the one that needs it at most is the post van from MC sale missions

The scarab is the hardest imo. The Cerberus i can fly easily. I get messages from people so confused to why they just seen a flying truck

When ever I do it my car keeps rolling. I can only get one shunt boost.
Yeah I can typically get a couple shunt boost in the air but my car is always constantly rolling all over the freaking place.
