- Struggling with pornography use can make us feel unworthy of God’s love and forgiveness. However, we are children of Heavenly Father, who loves us. God doesn’t want us to feel shame or to believe that we are too far gone for His forgiveness. He wants us to recognize our mistakes and turn to Him. Instead of letting our pornography problem pull us away from God, we can pray, repent, and change.
“[God] doesn’t want us to try harder, He wants us to turn to Him sooner.” Wow. 🙏
Im catholic and love my faith but i honestly respect what you guys are doing with these videos.

that woman in blue's words really hit home for me. If you ever read this, Thank you
Powerful! The statement, He doesn't want us to try harder, but turn to Him sooner hit me really hard. That is what I will do from now on. I love Father.
This video was very powerful 🙏🏽
thank you!!! I really really needed this.
Thank you for sharing and helping others 💜💜
I have several close relatives who seriously cannot fathom what guilt and shame are. They feel disappointment if they don't reach a goal, but don't see why guilt should play a role in their lives. They are members, and lead very good lives. Doesn't guilt create many of the weaknesses that lead to sin?
This hits home.
I love how honest she is
Does God forgive all kinds of porn? No judging please
Hi Norma, thanks for your question. No one is perfect; we all fall short. Our Heavenly Father loves us, and He will forgive us as many times as we choose to repent and turn to Him. Hi there. We're so sorry to hear you're having a hard time, but we're glad you're here! We know the Savior can help you have the courage you need to overcome this and get the help you need. When we struggle with pornography use, we often have feelings of being stuck, guilty, or alone, but those feelings come from Satan, not our Heavenly Father. He loves you, and He wants to help you. It may seem difficult to share our feelings and struggles with someone else, but we know finding someone to support you will help you a lot. Your parents and other trusted adults love you and care about you. Learn more about how you can find help and support, here: www.churchofjesuschrist.org/addressing-pornography/how-can-i-find-the-support-i-need?lang=eng
You have to understand that because it's an addiction, you're dealing with your brain chemistry and the biology of your body. It's going to take an open conversation and lots of help. And there's a definite stigma in getting that help but if you really want to make changes and become better, you have to understand that those courageous actions will always be worth it. I would also recommend listening to "The Eternal Warrior Podcast" because it's super great and has effective tools to help you in your fight against pornography. Come to rely on your Savior Jesus Christ and know that no matter how many times you mess up, you will be forgiven if you humbly repent. The atonement is God's "plan A." It's not there in case you mess up, it's there because you're going to mess up. You are so loved. Keep fighting my friend!!
