I love your channel! Helpful knowledge that some Dads didn’t share for a number of good and bad reasons so it’s nice to have you! Thanks Borrowed Dad! 😉🌺👔
Thanks dad... I was waiting for someone to fix it for me but I came across your video and it helped wonders. Once again I am feeling like an independent women, thanks so much
Thank You! I was able to fix/replace the broken toilet handle in under 5 minutes, after a quick visit to the hardware store. No need to call a plumber and get a $60 bill!!
I had to replace my handle a year ago. Got a year out of it and then the replacement broke. So I bought the same one and did the part where you pull the stuff apart and a plastic piece totally broke on me. I bought a heavy duty one and couldn't figure out how to separate it. During my trial and error I noticed that the chain seemed to keep getting stuck under the rubber flap. So I ended up rigging up an old cell phone cord to a phone I haven't used in several years to the chain and by gently pulling on the cord, it lifts the flap up and the toilet flushes and the chain has yet to get stuck on the rubber flapper since I rigged the cord on the opposite side of the handle. If my cord actually stays in place, that might be the way I flush that toilet for now on lol Otherwise, I will try my heavy duty handle like you did.
I'm all set to go, except that the nut from the old handle is so insufferably rusted that I genuinely don't think it's possible to get it off. I'm about ready to take a sledgehammer to the whole damn toilet.
Just changed out my first toilet handle ever. You made it super easy - thank you!!
So glad I found this video today. Replacing the lever was easy-peasy. Thanks Dad!

All the plumbers in rural NC charge 75 bucks just to drive out to your place and "access" the problem.

Thanks so much!
Are there different hole sizes I need to consider before my purchase of the new handle?
Thanks Dad!!
Thank you 😊
THANK YOU!!!!
❤ your shirt too
Would love to see you replace the entire unit..
Thanks, saved me 😊
Usually the handle breaks cuz the flapper (rubber thingy) has gone bad creating a vacuum which makes it hard to pull up , breaking the handle
can you please slowly show how to back up a boat trailer?
Thanks, Dad! From, Single lady with no dad who is headed to the hardware store now.
Thank you.
But how do u get it to we’re u don’t have to hold the lever down when flushing
I found the “Universal handles” don’t always fit😑 beyond frustrating. The way this one, adjusts is perfect
Thanka for the video
U the man

Help!! Why when i install and flush the arm goes down it doesnt lift? What am i doing wrong ugh
I thought it was the handle that was broken but it was the rubber thing that covers the hole attached to the bottom of the chain :/ back to home depo
Turn off the water at the hopefully quarter turn ball valve first
I used the exact same one and it broke within 3 weeks 😩
Don't forget to wash your hands when your done
Thanks dad.
Btw I crashed your car earlier. Might wanna grab sine turtle wax and maybe super glue
Broke it again? Be gentle 😂 use 👆🏼 and press down. No need to punch it
