when I choose videos to recommend, I try to check if there are subtitles :D unless I know you know the song (like This is me).
There were no subtitles for one of the girls because she didn't speak Polish, it was probably Ukrainian or Russian (I think it's like that in the original version too, so they left it).

Then you get precisely THIS. BTW, if you're interested in Polish music of the 1980s and 1990s, try MAANAM (Boskie Buenos), KULT (Arahja, Piosenka młodych wioślarzy), Republika (Biała flaga), Dżem (Wehikuł czasu - must be from 1993 because the group still works with the singer's son as a lead). Punk, new wave and rock blues styles.
To be honest Polish translation is even better. Lipshchitz line should be translated back from Polish, its much funnier.
This girl what was not subtitled spoke Russian (or maybe Ukrainian?). She said (more or less, I learned Russian ~30 years ago ;). "I don't know anything. They told me that my colleague was holding my husband as I chopped off his head. I don't know why they arrested me. I tried to explain to them, but no one understood me. This is not true. @@wikkepinska Ale znaczenie powinno być to samo. Co innego jest ściągnięcie strzelby (która jest duża) ze ściany, a co innego wyciągnięcie pistoletu z torebki. Tu tekst/tłumaczenie jest wyciągnięte z oryginalnej wersji. Wykonanie dziewczyn super, tylko później ktoś z tekstem zrobił na pół gwizdka.

That is so weird according to the fact it's originally english, but this translation of translated translation sucks to the level like 35% accuracy 😂Beauty of accantus lies in unique translations made by mama Kozielska. They are never 1:1 but more like soul and heart taken from original text, dressed in polish words. Mama Kozielska is 200% better that any "just translations"
