Hello Welcome. I know how to count object numbers using the multipoint function. (selecting/de-selecting points, count cells numbers etc.). I can upload a video if you want. Let me know. I am not sure about measuring the length of objects using multipoint function. I can get back to you once I know about this.
After drawing the line to measure the object length, click measure to get the result. To keep the drawn line, click on the image, overlay, and add selection. To annotate the measurement, select the text option from the imagej toolbar and start typing. Click on image again, then select Overlay and Add Selection. Each action must be followed by an add selection. Before saving the image, flatten it first. click on Image, Overlay and flatten. Now you can save the image in any format you like.
