Interesting. I don't think it ever occurred to me that DS9 didn't have any season ending cliffhangers. The show definitely had multi-part episodes, but none of them ended a season and then started the next.
You could argue that a few of the season finales were cliffhangers (5x26 "Call to Arms" comes to mind), but none of them had the "To Be Continued ...."

Agreed. DS9 definitely had direct continuation episodes between some seasons, but not true cliffhangers like TNG.

Call to Arms most definitely was a cliffhanger, even without the magic words. And IMO it was the closest they got to the impact of Best of Both Worlds.

You could argue that the season 6 finale (Tears of the Prophets) as being a better example of a DS9 cliffhanger, since Jadzia's death and Sisko's crisis of faith lead into the first 2 episodes of season 7 (Image in the Sand/Shadows and Symbols).

5:50 back when I was a kid I saw a To Be Continued blue text bar and no sound but I made the Star Trek the original series Season 3 closing song

There was The Prophet of Tears from Deap Space 9 season 6, but that doesn't have a To Be Continued screen, despite its ending leading into season 7's Image in the Sand/Shadows and Symbols via Sisko's crisis of faith and Jazia's death, so that's most likely why that episode didn't make it in.

Although most season finale episodes of DS9 were part of story arcs, none of them actually ended with a 'To Be Continued...' caption. Only some episodes within seasons had the caption.
