Conrail OCS-203 Thunders Out of Buffalo in July of 1998

Conrail OCS-203 throttles up and thunders eastbound past Buffalo Central Terminal at 7:05 AM on July 23, 1998. Leading is ex-EL E8 833 as CR 4022 and trailing is ex-PRR/PC E8 4021. The video was shot from the south embankment of the Erie's Niagara Falls Branch overpass, long gone by then. Four days later it returned as OCS-102 on Monday and left again as OCS-301 on Tuesday. I have video of those trains as well.
