I don’t know in which place you guys are in Mexico, but I recommend going to Guadalajara, there’s lots of food treasure in the city, like Tortas Ahogadas, Carne en su Jugo, Tostadas de Pierna, Lomo, Cueritos & Pata, plus Lonches de Pierna
