JAVIER’S,hice el regulador y me funciona de maravilla,sólo hay inconveniente calienta mucho aun adaptándole un disipador grande. Cómo solucionar éste problema…de antemano gracias,muy didácticos tus videos y proyectos.

@@dconpc6960 reduce el voltaje un poco y permite una mejor refrigeracion , lo malo es que tienes menos amperaje en la salida y por lo tanto tienes menos potencia

Vajag samazināt pienākošo spriegumu pirms regulatora līdz 13V , ja jūsu lenta vai LED lampas ir uz 12V! Ja Jums ir 19V kā video tad neko nevar izdarīt? Pārāk liela voltu starpība starp regulatora ieeju un izeju! 7V😮 tādā gadījumā lielu strāvu izejā nevar noņemt! Karsīs ar visu radiatoru!

First of all, the 7805 is NOT a transistor. It is an integrated circuit. Second of all, the schematic is wrong. There is one side of the potentiometer not connected. It should be connected to the positive lead of the output. Now you are fiddling around with the quiscent current of the IC.
