I unlisted the original video as a few select individuals weren't happy with some of the content discussed in the original video. This is a reupload of the same video but I cut those parts out. I know audio cuts are pretty bad but I unfortunately didn't have my original audio files to redo the audio and I still wanted a public version to be out regardless. I'm like Nintendo themselves releasing a half-assed port.

Here I'm gonna fill in the missing information and correct the mistakes I made in my first video as well as add a layer(well, 6 layers) of additional lore. Since some people are asking, I do not plan to unlist part 1.
I also put the original part 2 in the description but I want you all to know that some of the information isn't accurate and doesn't tell the entire story. The source I use for a lot of the cut content is apparently not reliable so don't take anything at face value. I just unlisted it so that it won't pop up in search engines and be fully public.

In December of 2013 I posted a screenshot of a room I made in my Animal Crossing house that was just full of toasters, and I quoted that Hotel Mario line in the text. A girl named Colors responded with a comic she drew of her character walking into that room before quickly getting out and slamming the door.
It made me laugh really hard! I especially loved it because someone drew a pretty well made comic of a dumb thing I did in Animal Crossing. Easily my favorite memory of Miiverse. I don't think I yeahed her or replied though for whatever reason, and I legitimately feel kinda bad about that because of how good that was.
Lol in one of my animal crossing houses I just filled the whole thing with urinals and played K.K. Techno. I thought it was the most hilarious thing in the world.

So many of the artists on Miiverse were so wholesome, it was wonderful. They were also all so willing to cheer other less-skilled artists on and help them improve. It wasn't a platform based solely on art, but the art community was amazing.
dude i had a little roleplay group when i was around 14 on miiverse, but it was written in paragraphs and stuff. but if someone came in to troll, we'd troll with them. or at least i would, bc i always found the shit posters to be funny af. i also made a "meme rp" in the new luigi community, i think i was waluigi i dont remember. i miss that era of humor.
still miss that one friend on miiverse tho, i wonder how he's doing now.

my first miiverse drawing was i think spammed mario cat goomba and mario 3d world stamps on this one drawing. i recall mario was huge. (for some reason)
I remember somehow ending up in random Miiverse drama with this random guy who was having arguments with his online "gf" (?) So I ended up sitting in the café with him in Animal Crossing New Leaf and discussing his drama in as few characters as possible. One of my favourite 3DS memories 😂😂
Miiverse was where ironic and legitimate posting from EVERY single age group comes together where absolutely anything could happen and people wouldn't know if they're legit from how kept away Nintendo made miiverse out to be from the rest of the other social media sites. A true dumpster fire that nobody wanted to put out, no matter how bad the smell was.
But despite all of that, the glory, the fun and the dark times... the only thing that truly remained after all these years, imprinted only in the memories of those who survived to this very day ever since the Miiverse apocolypse... and even the destruction of temporary relocated areas such as closedverse... was that Christian x Ava will always be the perfect ship 😂

I would like to post “insert character here joins the battle” things once I win as a mii fighter, but this one time I posted toad joins the fight. A dude committed “I love toad so much I even have a shrine of him by my bed.” Or something along the words of that. It was probably a troll, but I would want see his shrine.

To be honest, I'm still surprised you never mentioned Sans, and I'm not talking about the Undertale character. I'm talking about the single worst troll Miiverse ever had. He memed almost all of the Mii's he used for each account, but mostly went as Sans from Undertale. He also went as characters owned by Cartoon Network like Dexter and Gumball, and he even impersonated the Mii's of other users for some reason. But he harassed Miiverse worse than any troll because he used multiple systems in order to get around ever rule. Which is just crazy if you asked me. You know how much money he must've spent on all 70+ systems just to make expendable trolling accounts? But to the point, he was basically saying over and over that Nintendo products weren't worthy of being used as toilet paper, Smash was the worst game ever and that we were all retards for disagreeing with him, characters he didn't like, like Lucina, Cloud, Sonic, Bayonetta, and Megaman should've been permanently cut from Smash and replaced with characters such as Sans, Peter Griffin, Mr. Krabs, and other characters owned by Cartoon Network, and so many more unbelievable things. And after seven months, Nintendo finally put a cease and desist order on him, but he violated the cease and desist twice.

I remember a trend in the smash community where they would have cpus or aminos and you would have to guess in the comments who would win, and whoever won got a follow
I didn’t really see this on miiverse itself, but I remember playing super mario 3d world and seeing a post from miiverse where someone used the stamps from the game to make a picture of mario peeing in a fairy’s mouth. This is the only “weird” thing I’ve seen because I never really went on miiverse when it was still working.
If I saw that back then scrolling through the world select or the level complete menu, i would laugh my head off. (I was pretty young when I used my wii u.)
I remember back in 2016 I got massively harassed by a bunch of dudes because I had a really weird name I randomly wrote when I was a kid (xxxywag). Some were banned and the rest apologized because a community called the SGC would rescue me, and they were a peaceful community that prayed for no harassment to happen. Its name changed to DJ then SGC once again before the community closed, it was really curious and I ended up becoming one of them

Hey its Paden lol. Basically I made a bot script on an old laptop that yeah'd everything on the main game hubs, plugged it in a closet and forgot about it for two years. The main idea was to promote my youtube at the time, but every time I tried to mention it in my bio Nintendo would change it so I just gave up eventually. As for the scam I have no idea about any of that, I only ever followed a few irl people and was never actually spending any time on miiverse, apparently there were some imposter accounts though.

i met one of my best friends over miiverse, well Minecraft on wii u to be specific, us being stupid little kids back then led to us fighting a lot, but through all that me and him still talk to each other today

I remember someone making a Kirby manga on Miiverse, I don't remember about anything else related to it.
I was lucky not to find any weird stuff on Miiverse, but boy were my posts CRINGE when I was a teen!
But I still miss Miiverse, I really liked how your Mii could have different emotions resulting in different types of Yeah, always thought it was a really neat feature.
So I remember seeing people (On the RUclips community if I recall) post links to their own Miiverse threads on RUclips communities with IRL selfies and locations attached. I also remember some account, which was known for already having seven other banned accounts before hand, link a Justin Beaver slander video using the classic troll text-to-speech voice.
I also thoroughly remember people like YeahAngel, and them following me and following them back. They actually tended to get made fun of for being annoying, which makes sense with their common Yeah bombs.
On the cooler side, I clearly remember people who made Splatoon manga's which were actually really well made for Miiverse quality. They had very fleshed out plots, with big climaxes for the "Seasons", and a huge fanbase following for a Miiverse Splatoon community. They're posts were often at the top of the art community showcases, so they obviously made a name for themselves in the community. There was also some neckbread dude who would draw himself as a cartoon, and made an entire story-arc of him and his female counterpart who fought Darkness with their Miiverse art skills. I found it pretty weird as a younger kid, but I'm sure it was probably pretty okay for a Miiverse original story.
I got banned on the app two times in fact, once I think for telling some person they shouldn't ask for Yeah's... But they just spammed reports on me. (Sad) And the other time I posted a Bible verse on Easter, and well yeah... I ended up with 200 followers on the very last day of the app. There were quite a few frequent people who checked my art and posts which was cool, with one of my Splatoon drawings for the final splatfest getting over 1000+ Yeah's.
I remember one of my friends named 'PandaSushi' dissapearing off the app, a talented artist who left without notice. She had quite a few art fans, and it was rumored by one person she was on Vacation (for apparently a really long time) and the other said she had died. (She probably just left the app lol)
Yeah, if I ever think of any deep memories from Miiverse, I'll update this comment lol

CloneMii was a Miiverse clone that was on the Wii U internet browser made regular individuals, but was shut down recently. I recommend searching it up.

@@pkshyguy Maybe he used homebrew to corrupt his game at safe levels. Im a homebrewer myself and if you corrupt a game too much, your Wii U will either crash, overheat, or just straight up brick.

I remember on the last halloween of miiverse, a community got hacked and jacksfilms videos and stuff were being sent
There was a very unknown point where a group of my little pony fans on the Scribblenauts community and a group of meme kiddies from the smash community both tried to "claim" a community at the same time- the japanese language GOLF community. The scribbler bronies wanted to make a weird religious cult for the pony "Derpy Hooves", while the smash kids wanted to make it into a community for worshipping Shrek because "Shrek is love Shrek is life" was still a big thing at the time. They got in a bunch of flamewars over who got to keep the community, folks were blocking eachother left and right and spamming this random japanese retro game community to try and claim it for their own cult.
I witnessed the whole thing go down, and took part in it also, though I won't say on what side.

anyone else remember that one Yeah-bomber in the RUclips Community named like Kimyo or Kinyo one of those names i forget. I remember they had a ton of followers just from yeah-bombing in the youtube community and I remember they even made a Vine account and advertised it on Miiverse
The best way I can put MemeSenpai is that he was basically the PewDiePie of Miiverse. As for being in any controversy? Only thing I can think of that might not really be controversial is maybe with this user Alexia533. She left Miiverse to try and get attention, just to return a week or two later with some people sort of going nuts as she returned. She then before Miiverse closed told people her socials, just to get blocked. If you wonderin how I know this, it's because she told me in a DM later. (We actually still talk even to this day)

Never had a Wii U growing up, but my brother had a 2DS which meant we could use Miiverse sometimes (and by we, I mostly meant him) the times I would browse it (with his permission since it was his) I'd just see the mess and crap people would post on there
There was this cool community around an Arctic Zombie Survival game and he made friends with one of these memers on there, forgot the name of the game and person he met but the game was pretty interesting!
As for the 'golden posts' I think one of them I saw that I thought was out of pocket was one in Animal Crossing New Leaf, and then another in like Mario Kart Deluxe.
The Animal Crossing one was tame since it was a villager telling some girl to "take my banana!" and the Mario Kart one was mostly just some guy wishing Nintendo would make a Wario Kart game but call it "Wario Ass Deluxe Racing" or something like that

I actually didn't know too much about him when making this iceberg but I made a video dedicated to his antics and history a few months after this vid. Saying the dude is crazy is a huge understatement.

So how is this different from the original part 2? So far it seems the same, though I haven't gone far.
I cut out mentions of the Miiverse clones in this version. Apparently the clones themselves were way more controversial than I let on and the source I got info from in the original version of this video wasn't the most reliable so I wanted to make it clear that version was outdated and to not take anything at face value while this video essentially scrubs off all that controversial information.
Just a little something that isn’t in this version: I need a clarification on what Typical Friday Night was,
It was basically a fanfiction that involved a notable Miiverse user and Marina from Splatoon 2 that involved some extreme NSFW content. Apparently Typical Friday Night was never the title of the fanfic but "it was a typical Friday night" was how it started.
