Great reaction to one of my favorite Dan Vasc performances. You didn't know he could hit the high notes? You should check out "Orion's Reign featuring Dan Vasc" Cover of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" Dan did the lead singing on that one back when he was doing session work to bring in some extra cash. He did so much session work for Orion's Reign that for a couple of years they even listed him as their lead singer. But again, if you want to see Dan's high notes - that's a good one to watch!
Dan is a big Phantom of the Opera fan. He said once that he probably likes the movie the best because of the artistic elements that are capable with film as opposed to stage. This is my favorite of his Phantom covers, but he also did "The Phantom of the Opera" w/Dragica singing Christine's part and his other duet w/Allyna Lesnik where he sings Raul's part to her as Christine in "All I Ask of You". Both are quite good, as well.

If you watch Dan's other videos, you'll notice that he hits even higher notes in most of them than in this one.
Dan does other quite glorious renditions of Gethsemane, Nessun Dorma, & Handel's Messiah Hallelujah Chorus (One Man Choir).
There's a music channel on the net that gives a breakdown of singers vocal ranges and Dan's was rated up there with Jon Bon Jovi of 4-5 octave range!
