@@riverajustinmarks. To be honest, i don’t mind fighting these samurais but they should at least make it worth like give us some exquisite or better some lowkey precious chests from them. In most places at Monstadlt and Liyue, you can see common chests randomly lying here and there without any enemies to guard the chest but in Inazuma...it's big a pain.
I'm gonna sound absurd but I'll say it anyway, i like that in this case just because it feeds that poverty and violence people in inazuma live trough. Modnstat is free, Liyue is prosperous, Inazuma is ruthless. In war, suffering corruption, practically abandoned by it's archon
I could do them just fine. There just not worth the effort and sanity drop from them constantly resetting and me somehow placing them wrong. Since the reward is abysmal.
Some info if you havent known : The emitter have 1 big Gem that embedded to the pillar The receiver have 1 floating gem and tips with smaller gems, the number of tips indicate the number of Emitters needed and there general direction

I solved it myself too but not at once, I solved the first part, lost myself with relay stone positioning for hrs, then fell into the well by accident and aha happened !
I struggled a bit with the relay stone puzzle, but not this much, when i saw that that electro seelie connected one i didn't even think to bring them upwards, can't wait until he sees the sodoku puzzle

As painful as they are, I still love the Inazuma puzzles just because of the huge amount of satisfaction I get once I'm done with them lol can't wait for Sumeru.

It kinda sucks when you need to interpret the rules and conditions on top of solving a puzzle... I also relate to the part where he didn't realize the stones were missing from his proposed solution, I've wondered a couple of times ''Am I thinking about it wrong or am I just missing a stone?'', that's kind of an annoying question to have to ask. I'm really, really picky with puzzles though, if I'm gonna be struggling with the rules and conditions the game better be something like Baba Is You, Braid or The Witness, otherwise it feels equivalent to fighting your controls instead of the enemy in an action game.
In my case, I found all the stones. But I cant solved it, bcs I'm sure that I need 1 more stone. Then boom! That electro seelie was the thing. Need 2 hours to clear puzzles on that area. (Sorry bad eng)
Man I remember this one time I was doing a puzzle and I was missing a stone but couldn’t find it. I saw an electro lawachurl one of them big ones and I made it follow me all the way to the puzzle and help me solve it😂😂😂😂
After finding that one stone then seeing it's friend stuck behind the cage, i knew that it was at least impossible to solve with just one stone. But it was quite the brain scratcher even after i realized i could actually fit in the small cracks of the water that had already drained.
the worst part about the hard puzzles in this game is the moment u start it it’s stuck in ur head u have to finish it like u can’t do anything else until you finish it ur brain won’t let u give up

Going through the shipwreck puzzle on serai was super fun. there were so many layers/floors to go through it felt more like a dungeon run than an overworld puzzle. More pls

There also is a chest that you can get by using Geo in Liyue. It is just a common chest with no so good rewards. Speaking of Geo, there is quest/puzzle that the main character MUST BE GEO in order to proceed. The game even says so in a stone tablet that is nearby. That is also the reason why there was markers added to the game as well. We literally could not find again afterwards; we could have gone forward with it only if we didn't switch out of Geo prior because we thought that nothing needed it. There literally was no markers prior to this point in the game. We found the cave, where Klee is now located; it is located in a spot where you would never think to even go in Mondstat. Everything there in the mail message is there, lizard and orb. The game even said to wait until the mail was distributed to all players before the item could be picked up. The date flashed by on the screen when it was be distributed, and the date matches when it was sent to the mailbox. Before she went missing into the cave, Klee was talking about a location that she had already been to multiple times sneaking out when Jean was buried deep with her work. She had already decided to go there was she was ready and prepared to go. This was before she was a banner to get pulled.
I swear to god, MIHOYO's obviously trying to make us stuck in these puzzles. I want to solve the puzzle by myself but damn I got a headache trying to solve them. 😭😭

Yeah I struggled with this, too. They didn't make the path to the first electro pillar clear at all and the resetting of those puzzle pieces was maddening. I feel you.
The 3rd relay stone below near the Electro totems & electro seelie you had to follow to know the sequence. From the stairs you can put it above the surface. As for that last puzzle nearing this video end. Connect one relay stone to the north east. The other beneath the gate stays some out then the other that can be bought earlier from falling above a narrow crack towards the relay stone below the domain. On anyway he got it. About the ruinguard inactive & seating beside the ruin, hope it gets on wondering if it would also give another exquisite chest.
There is one puzzle on the event island that there did not appear to be the last few torches to trigger the chest. Someone on the Co-op mode led us to it.
Since you are good with puzzles could you explain me the mechanisms of relay stones and of cubes? Like I sometimes get rewards from the easier cubes hitting them randomly but I have no clue what I should actually do. Same with relay stones. What is their purpose?
@@natalialecce7111 With the cubes, you'll notice that they have 3 sockets for lights. The objective is to match the the amount of lights appearing on each one. It can be 1-1-1/ 2-2-2 or 3-3-3. When you hit one cube, another may light up with it, so the puzzle would be to figure out which ones to hit to make them all match. The cubes that rotate usually also need to match to the way they are facing, regardless of direction. There's only a couple of exceptions to that kind of puzzle, where you either get a written clue (9 cube puzzle), or a visual one, where they are positioned in very different manner. Relay stones are more straight forward, you need to connect them all using the stones that you can pick up, and by using your character as a relay line by imbuing yourself with electricity. Only a couple of them require you to connect them through 2 sperate lines of electricity.
It took me at least 25 or 30 minutes to complete this, and I didn't get so frustrated. But I didn't do the other puzzle though. And seeing Mtashed do this makes everything look so hard.😬
The only one that really got me was the sudoku puzzle on watatsumi island, I had no idea what the notebook was telling me it so far has been the only puzzle I had to look up. I don't even know how to play sudoku so it was really frustrating. This one though the suigetsu pool I loved this one was on it for like 2 hours but it was so much fun it was puzzles like these that made me absolutely love inazuma. It's like you want that chest, you want the electroculus? Welp gotta get this first. It was great makes getting 100% exploration more meaningful. The teleport gates, the electrograna, the relay stones all the new stuff they added in inazuma was marvelous can't wait to see what they have in the future.
I too tried to do this puzzle before I did simpler ones and figured out it wanted me to connect several outer crystals to the central crystal instead of forming a circuit like before.
i like how in liyue or monstadt you sometimes need to beat like 2 or 3 hilichurls to get exusite chest but in inazumi you have to beat nasty puzzles or almost entire armys just to get common and in rare ocasions something better
I don't know if it's just me, but this is one of the easier ones.. The hard one is on Watatsumi where there's a puzzle on waterfall with cryo slimes, it was a trip.. My most favorite puzzle by far is the colored doors one under Seirai island..
There is a spot on there map where the torches only light up completely once you pick up 100% all of the chests in surrounding area of where it is located. If you are missing chests in Mondstat area try the towers surrounding the city. The co-op player can also light the torches as well.
The exact location that we marked on map the moment that it was completed is located north off the side, on a upper hill located within the vicinity of the Cuijue Slope. Although we randomly got a large majority of the chests without a clear idea what was getting them to show up. It involves hitting the torches in a certain order to make chests spawn.
@@joshernsteen2066 Cuijue slope should be where we completed Nine Pillars of Peace quest, that area is still quite large tbh and the only hill I can think of was the one with a tree on the top (if u dig somewhere near that tree you'll get a precious chest and some primos). I tried to search those torches nearby that place, but I just could not find them ^^"
@@seiraaina2067 The area is definitely there. Chests do for a fact spawn there. We had a counter up on the spot counting until we had gotten all of the chests out of the specific area.
it didn't take me as long as mtashed but I agree the resets as soon as you make one too many step away from the puzzle was extremely infuriating. Gathering the pieces again everytime was what took the most time smh
the relay stone resetting is the one that makes it hard. They should show the boundary where the relay stone is going to reset as they are not intuitive at first.
As someone who played a lot of Legend of Zelda games over the years, I have to say that this is pretty much water temple level stuff. Honestly thought I would unlock a huge dungeon or something by salving this which took forever and nearly made me give up on that entire island until finally figuring it out. Now I know Mihoyo took major inspiration from Zelda with this game.
Bruh this quest has no bug but the other puzzle side quest where you pop the water bubble thing and complete the small shrine its so buggy even when you done it right its not working i got stuck in the same thing for 2 hours teleporting just to reset the whole thing
Unlike with the second island where you get a specific quest and primos every time for each part of the you complete, all of the other specific quests get you to do all of these stuff for 30-60 Primos
I just love how mihoyo stepped up their game in terms of puzzle difficulty in these last updates. Ones like the sudoku one and this one really made the experience of exploring inazuma SO MUCH better than it would have been otherwise. Hope that we get more of these in the future
I hate that some puzzles just work in relation with quests and if you don't know this you're going mad trying to solve them. And if there are such puzzles you don't know on others if they just work during quests or if you are dumb. But nevertheless I like the Inazuma puzzles all in all (except the sudoku one, that was an horrific terrible experience ending up with RUclips).
mine was literally bugged the first time, the crystal on top of the pillar wasn't connecting with the seelie and i spent hours just trying to minimize the distances to as little as i possibly can, then i finally gave up and went to katheryne to logout, the next day i went back there and it's connecting to the seelie now.... bruh
It went even worse for me, the electro seelie doesn't connect any longer so even if I got the rest figured out now, after I postponed this riddle maybe too long, I'm not able to solve it ..

I swear to god, MIHOYO's obviously trying to make us stuck in these puzzles. I want to solve the puzzle by myself but damn I got a headache trying to solve them. 😭😭
Same, i feel good because i solve it by myself but i feel like shit at the same time because i did all that for a exquisite chest

Yeah I struggled with this, too. They didn't make the path to the first electro pillar clear at all and the resetting of those puzzle pieces was maddening. I feel you.

The 3rd relay stone below near the Electro totems & electro seelie you had to follow to know the sequence.
From the stairs you can put it above the surface.
As for that last puzzle nearing this video end.
Connect one relay stone to the north east. The other beneath the gate stays some out then the other that can be bought earlier from falling above a narrow crack towards the relay stone below the domain.
On anyway he got it.
About the ruinguard inactive & seating beside the ruin, hope it gets on wondering if it would also give another exquisite chest.

There is one puzzle on the event island that there did not appear to be the last few torches to trigger the chest. Someone on the Co-op mode led us to it.
This and the 9 cube puzzles were great. Hopefully they'll do more of those.

Since you are good with puzzles could you explain me the mechanisms of relay stones and of cubes? Like I sometimes get rewards from the easier cubes hitting them randomly but I have no clue what I should actually do. Same with relay stones. What is their purpose?
@@natalialecce7111 With the cubes, you'll notice that they have 3 sockets for lights. The objective is to match the the amount of lights appearing on each one. It can be 1-1-1/ 2-2-2 or 3-3-3. When you hit one cube, another may light up with it, so the puzzle would be to figure out which ones to hit to make them all match.
The cubes that rotate usually also need to match to the way they are facing, regardless of direction. There's only a couple of exceptions to that kind of puzzle, where you either get a written clue (9 cube puzzle), or a visual one, where they are positioned in very different manner.
Relay stones are more straight forward, you need to connect them all using the stones that you can pick up, and by using your character as a relay line by imbuing yourself with electricity.
Only a couple of them require you to connect them through 2 sperate lines of electricity.
i watched it live and its really hilarious to see mr mtashed brain melted for an hour
it took me around 35 minutes to fully explore and solve this puzzle... I didn't think that anyone had it roughed than me...
Everything was fine until it got to the relay stone part. I almost lost my sanity and I just got dizzy running around underground 😂😂😂
It took me at least 25 or 30 minutes to complete this, and I didn't get so frustrated. But I didn't do the other puzzle though. And seeing Mtashed do this makes everything look so hard.😬

The last one bruh... That's what happens when you think "what if I use 100% of my brain"😂.
The only one that really got me was the sudoku puzzle on watatsumi island, I had no idea what the notebook was telling me it so far has been the only puzzle I had to look up. I don't even know how to play sudoku so it was really frustrating.
This one though the suigetsu pool I loved this one was on it for like 2 hours but it was so much fun it was puzzles like these that made me absolutely love inazuma. It's like you want that chest, you want the electroculus? Welp gotta get this first. It was great makes getting 100% exploration more meaningful. The teleport gates, the electrograna, the relay stones all the new stuff they added in inazuma was marvelous can't wait to see what they have in the future.
I too tried to do this puzzle before I did simpler ones and figured out it wanted me to connect several outer crystals to the central crystal instead of forming a circuit like before.
This island took me an hour to do as well
They really upped the difficulty for puzzles in inazuma and im really digging it
this is a godsend for psychologists researching mental breakdowns
The worst part is that sometimes the pillar with the electro seelie can glitch and make the puzzle unsolvable.
I thought I was the only one having problem solving this puzzle and made me mad. Luckily, I am not alone.
i like how in liyue or monstadt you sometimes need to beat like 2 or 3 hilichurls to get exusite chest but in inazumi you have to beat nasty puzzles or almost entire armys just to get common and in rare ocasions something better
no like ACTUALLY these new puzzles got me searching up tutorials and I STILL GET CONFUSED...can't wait for what the new region's puzzles are like
I don't know if it's just me, but this is one of the easier ones..
The hard one is on Watatsumi where there's a puzzle on waterfall with cryo slimes, it was a trip..
My most favorite puzzle by far is the colored doors one under Seirai island..
There is a spot on there map where the torches only light up completely once you pick up 100% all of the chests in surrounding area of where it is located. If you are missing chests in Mondstat area try the towers surrounding the city. The co-op player can also light the torches as well.

The exact location that we marked on map the moment that it was completed is located north off the side, on a upper hill located within the vicinity of the Cuijue Slope. Although we randomly got a large majority of the chests without a clear idea what was getting them to show up. It involves hitting the torches in a certain order to make chests spawn.
The area was shown in several early videos of the game by few youtubers, all who thought the area was worthless; and did not need further exploration.
@@joshernsteen2066 Cuijue slope should be where we completed Nine Pillars of Peace quest, that area is still quite large tbh and the only hill I can think of was the one with a tree on the top (if u dig somewhere near that tree you'll get a precious chest and some primos). I tried to search those torches nearby that place, but I just could not find them ^^"
@@seiraaina2067 The area is definitely there. Chests do for a fact spawn there. We had a counter up on the spot counting until we had gotten all of the chests out of the specific area.

That particle challenge pissed me off the most out of everything in this area.
it didn't take me as long as mtashed but I agree the resets as soon as you make one too many step away from the puzzle was extremely infuriating. Gathering the pieces again everytime was what took the most time smh
the relay stone resetting is the one that makes it hard. They should show the boundary where the relay stone is going to reset as they are not intuitive at first.
Maybe it was just my experience, but I thought for sure you'd be doing the matrix puzzle on the right edge of the coral reef island hole.

As someone who played a lot of Legend of Zelda games over the years, I have to say that this is pretty much water temple level stuff. Honestly thought I would unlock a huge dungeon or something by salving this which took forever and nearly made me give up on that entire island until finally figuring it out. Now I know Mihoyo took major inspiration from Zelda with this game.
Bruh this quest has no bug but the other puzzle side quest where you pop the water bubble thing and complete the small shrine its so buggy even when you done it right its not working i got stuck in the same thing for 2 hours teleporting just to reset the whole thing

Unlike with the second island where you get a specific quest and primos every time for each part of the you complete, all of the other specific quests get you to do all of these stuff for 30-60 Primos

I just love how mihoyo stepped up their game in terms of puzzle difficulty in these last updates. Ones like the sudoku one and this one really made the experience of exploring inazuma SO MUCH better than it would have been otherwise. Hope that we get more of these in the future
I hate that some puzzles just work in relation with quests and if you don't know this you're going mad trying to solve them. And if there are such puzzles you don't know on others if they just work during quests or if you are dumb.
But nevertheless I like the Inazuma puzzles all in all (except the sudoku one, that was an horrific terrible experience ending up with RUclips).

mine was literally bugged the first time, the crystal on top of the pillar wasn't connecting with the seelie and i spent hours just trying to minimize the distances to as little as i possibly can, then i finally gave up and went to katheryne to logout, the next day i went back there and it's connecting to the seelie now.... bruh
It went even worse for me, the electro seelie doesn't connect any longer so even if I got the rest figured out now, after I postponed this riddle maybe too long, I'm not able to solve it ..

Some game took a few pages out of Tomb Raider and Zelda to make puzzles. Genshin took the whole damn 5000 pages book including the extra story to make their puzzles
