IF YOUR SHADOWS ARE SPOTTY OR DOTTY - the shadows in this game on characters are...dotty, grainy. Like there's a layer of shadows placed on them but the layer doesn't move when they do, so it looks like the dots stay in place around them. It's because of the AA. The Anti-Aliasing. SMAA T2X gives grainy, dotty shadows on faces and guns etc. FILMIC SMAA T2X removes this, but chows performance. You also need to set the AA quality to High or Ultra, as Normal still makes them show a BIT. This is just...terrible engine design.

@@Stryker4Real no ideaaaa I've been having similar issues. Try reinstalling the shaders in the menus, it fixes a lot of issues

im using my PC as a my radiator here in cold sweden lol, working very well . 3090 and 7950x, warmer than my actual radiator
The game definitely, DEFINITELY has some texture streaming issues. I set everything to Ultra, everything to Low, mixed bag, settings recommended here, and the amount of times textures are just blurry messes that slowly fade in, or skin textures just look awful, or my gun has a blur of textures...changing the Texture setting makes it go away a bit but then it comes back. Ugh. I also think even on Ultra MW 2019 looked noticeably better.

@@sethcarpenter339 No you def get drops to 100 on maxed out, still runs well though. But with these sittings it never really drops below 144.
@@Quzga there may be something wrong then bc I have a 3050 oc and a 3600 and get almost that on these same settings on 1440p

the telemetry shows Video Memory at 50% .. if I set it to 55
(VideoMemoryScale=55)
then it is very smooth.
If I leave it at 85, I get stutter
I was having stutter issues too and my CPU going from 0%~99% on that mission. I’ve got a 3070, so I was super confused. This seems to have helped.

On Series X in amsterdam i have graphic artifacts (white points in picture like dust but looks weird) when i move. I changed many settings but i have this problem. Any body too, maybe on pc or other platforms?

yes, same thing on pc, also laswell looks weird , i played the mission 3 times , once her hair was grainy, 2nd one she had oil all over her face idk why,3rd time it was ok

Too much FOV is sometimes ugly and weird looking. Like a wide angle camera, but ok. 120 FOV is way too much for my taste, especially for campaign.
Yeah pc player here. on the ghillie mission my whole screen just tears to black lol
completly disagree with volumetric lighting and texture streaming & especially ambient occlusion. Those settings add to the immersion so much. id at least start with gtao quailty on both and lighting on high or medium.
I have a problem in campaign. Fps are unstable and one second before are at 105 and the second after are 30 or lower. Can you help me to solve this issue, beacuse campaign is being unplayable in this condition. Thanks a lot.
I get 1-5 FPS when loading in some times or changing a setting, lasts about 5 seconds or so then speeds up. Texture streaming issue where they're just a blurry mess. Definitely needs optimization and/or driver updates.

Anyone else on PC have a small black tile on the left side of their screen when playing? Whenever I click it goes from black to white. Really annoying and can't figure out how to remove. Any suggestions?
I have a 3070 and for some reason the best settings for performance and graphics are the recommended ones. Inconsistent though. Sometimes 180 frames sometimes 120-30. When I start changing shit, it just gets wonky.
You too? My game normaly goes to 80 fps but for a weird reason at the end of almost all misions the fps drops until 20 and there is no explain, is kinda shitty because the beta to me goes just fine and the camping at the start and some misions goes fine

I have a 3070 as well and I’ve been experiencing some stutter issues during the campaign where the GPU will go from a 98% load to a 0% and back and forth. It’s the weirdest thing.

all of the explosions and smoke in my game have been black squares or pixelated smoke, anyone got a fix?
When characters are in the light, they have these weird particles surrounding their face. Same with my weapons when they reach the light. Any fix for these? I've used all the settings in this video.

Yeah like greyish black dots/circles on the edges of shadows? Really irritating. Really noticeable at times.
@@Dynasty1818 Yeah even when I turn my graphics settings all the way up I still have the same problem for some reason. I think it might be because of volumetric lighting. I wonder if it is just not optimized yet fully? I am hoping multiplayer would be better.
I had this problem and it's because I didn't have DLSS on and instead had some weird other thing on that looked terrible. I put DLSS on with like Quality or whatever the high preset is and it got a lot better for me.
Im having that awful grain filter during cut scenes again. Is that normal?? It feels like its just me.

I just think it's so mindless that turning off "On-Demand Texture Streaming" is supposed to "downgrade" the visual quality of the game, but the textures look like BO2 with it on. Just let me download the high quality textures ffs.

@@vbs4489 it could be honestly. Cause I play apex and Overwatch and a few other games and I get a decent frame rates in those games. It’s kinda stupid how bad Activision just doesn’t optimize the game for PCs

EDIT: I just found it out. Its the newest stable MSI afterburner version that bugs it. Installing Beta version 4.6.5 solved it

Can you remove the crosshair? In terms of immersion, a crosshair is so distracting. At least in campaign mode.
go to interface in settings and then scroll to the HUD section, i agree i like turning cross hair and hitmarkers off during campaign

IF YOU HAVE RAZER CORTEX. UNISTALL IT. For some reason it would lag my game and make me have terrible fps. Totally unplayable. Once I uninstalled it I went up at least 30 frames and it runs really smooth
yep razer cortex is trash, will slow ur pc down and make keyboard/mouse lag out

No offense. I saw your multiplayer and campaign graphic settings. Both made my game worse. I have an I9 intel processor and a 2070 super NVIDIA GPU. I used GeForce Experience and let it optimize my game for me. OMG, way better. No offense. In my case, this fixed every graphic issue I had.
Why does my game has blurry textures?
Make sure to turn render resolution to 100. It is all the way down by default for some stupid reason.

make sure it on fullscreen not borderless, and you are using displayport cable aren't you!? over hdmi ur monitor will only do 60hz
In the missions set at night time a lot of light sources have a glowing effect around them. It’s really distracting and hard to see objects near it. Anyone know how to fix this?

whenever i play the wetwork mission whenever i look at the water my FPS just switches to atleast 30-50, but when i look somewhere where there is no water my fps goes back to normal again. when i played the mission for the first time i had no such problem with fps. anybody know how to fix?

I have a rtx 2080 low settings 100-130 fps
Medium to high settings 60- 90 fps

Its awful and absolutely unbearable. And in case its a design choice I have no idea why there's apparently no way to disable it as many people don't like it.
I bought a 4k tv for a reason which is to have clear and sharp visuals on my screen and not a grainy and ugly mess .

I’m playing it on a Legion 5 laptop RTX 3060 6GB and I’m running about 80-100fps max settings, but I’m going to tweak out some settings as my temps are about 77 and I’m afraid that it will overheat my GPU.

I dont know what it is, i run my game at extreme graphics but it just wont look good? And I dont know what it is. I did this just for the sake of the campaign because i prefer the graphics than the fps in the campaign.
For example trees in the distance look like clay and the shadows look bad and the game feels of even tho i have extreme graphics turned on
Did you turn the render resolution to 100? For some reason it starts all the way down and the game looks terrible if you dont know its supposed to be 100 to be at the correct resolution.

OMG I just noticed, there's no ray tracing in this game, also press button for voice chat disappeared for this campaign early access. Maybe the campaign has no RTX? I know they delete the push to talk function because there's no use in current state. but RTX... I got no idea...

Hmm I think you're better off getting a 12th Gen intel cpu like the 12400f paired with a rx 6600 for great frames in most games this is my setup currently. Though to be fair this game for some reason doesn't run too well on my system I mean I'm able to get 72 fps but it's really juddery and it's only this game. Cyberpunk, AC 2 (60 FPS LOCK), and mw 2019 are smooth even at this locked frame rate. Best of luck man I wouldn't too much in a hurry to play this game you'll thank yourself once it gets more optimized and you got system that makes you happy 😊

Same here, my pc is literally 1 year old. Intel i5 10400F and gtx 1660 super. I'm on performance/recommended settings, but the game is freezing and stuttering almost constantly. Had zero issues playing the beta, got consistent 100+ fps on the right settings
