    Do we need to add control variables to the structural model? Do we need to check the convergent and discriminant validity of the measurement model of the control variables?

    Sir, in publications as well as in PhD thesis, isnt it recommended to make PLS Algo aconsistant instead of normal PLS algo...

    If p value is less than .05 but t value is less than 1.96 then what will be the outcome of hypothesis. P value=.04 t value=1.6
