I love the green 💚 on Tati. It looks so good with her eyes. I am also looking forward to spring. I have seasonal depression and this winter has been the worst .

So relatable saying you don’t want to ‘waste’ your nice clothes. I do this with cosmetics and skin care and then they expire and it was a total waste of money. The dress is beautiful and the make up look is gorgeous ❤️🔥

Wearing patterns and prints on camera is fine, as long as you don't look like you wrapped yourself in a stolen tablecloth! Sometimes your clothes can wear you.

Love these videos! I can’t afford a $50 lipstick or mascara lol. I do have some drugstore faves, but also love trying new things so thanks Tati!!
I used to use the Laneige overnite mask till I tried Aquafor...not the lip one, the regular one in the tube. The Laneige would be gone by morning but I still feel the Aquafor in the morning & not in a greasy bad way. Really good stuff.
Those are my two faves!
the laneige lip mask is good for a pot lip balm, but as an overnight mask, i agree with you that it doesn’t last. i don’t feel all that hydrated when i use it overnight, but i do like using it as a daytime balm.
I use the Laneige as well but I use it for day time and I have mixed in some lipstick colour into it and made it a tinted balm , works great it you have a lipstick that is drying but love the colour, it’s a good way to use it up.
@@lns4life well it's not still there like I applied it the nite before of course. My lips feel more moisturized than with Laneige
Yes to stepping up the femininity. I have so many dresses I never wear I finally put on this fancy pretty pink dress and felt so great. I didn’t go anywhere and just took care of my 6 kids all day but it was great to feel like myself again. The look from the hubby when he came from work through the door was so nice he was speechless lol 💖

My favorite lip treatments are:
1. Elf Ride or Die lip balm. It's technically just a balm, but it's soo thick and hydrating, like a mask!
2. Milani rose lip mask.
I love all of Tati’s videos and recommendations, but especially love these videos that can be much more relatable 🥰

Laneige hands down is my fav lip mask. I've tried others including Bite Agave and Laneige is 👌🏼👌🏼 10/10!

BEST lip mask EVER, I think, is the Laneige overnight one. It also makes an amazing day gloss on it's own or over a lippy. Can't live without it 😍🥰

It just feels like luxury Vaseline to me. 🥲 a good barrier but no moisturization or hydration. But it does make a very lip-friendly gloss. 🥰

I was literally sitting at my window putting on my makeup, looking at dark gray skies when you said that about the sun. It was like on cue, the sun shone thru clouds directly into my window! I have chills! That my dear, was no coincidence!🥰 TY for all that you do! 🦋🙏✌🏻
We need a lip balm/overnight mask video! I love the Laneige Overnight Lip Mask (went from the berry to vanilla) and first few jars it helped wonders (I applied it super thick and in the morning it was still on). But this winter (same humidity, etc in the bedroom at night) and doesn't feel like it works as well.

The lip treatment that works best for me is definitely Laneige lip sleeping mask in berry. Super hydrating, has a pleasant scent to it and feels great on the lip! Such a gem 💎

Tati the Blistex Lip Medex has to be an all time favorite of mine! Very good at juicing up and repairing my lips whenever I’ve put them through many lip swatches or during the winter time when it seems impossible to keep them nice and moisturized!

Thank you for showing Clinique some love. I used to be a PC for them and their skin care formulas are really good! My overnight lip balm is Sugar Rush Best Bud. The lid has a rose on it. It’s almost out so now I might try a new one.

Went to a concert last night and oh wow!! Talk about a healing to the soul! It was crowder (who I highly recommend listening too,) and tobymac (another great Christian artist). It was amazing to go see them live again.
Vaseline lip therapy is honestly the best lip balm I’ve been able to find. I have like 15 of them 😂😂😂 I wanted to love the tatcha one and did for a couple days but then it gave me a reaction and my lips got like raw and bloody 😩🥴 between the Vaseline and Carmex I was able to get them back to normal
I love Carmex for my dry winter lips!
Yes Vaseline lip therapy is the ONLY thing that works for my lips!
Bite Agave lip mask is my HG or LRP cicaplast lip balm is excellent too.
The best lip balm I've ever tried (now discontinued) was the carmex super cran balm. Lots of fruit oils and smelled like trix cereal. It's so cruel that they would do away with such an amazing product

I'm also addicted to lip balms/oils/glosses. I literally have a pile of them on my desk and reapply all day long. I have been loving the tangerine Ulta lip oils and one from YesStyle called Jojoba lip essence. I worried that one would smell/taste weird, but it's really nice.
I have the Milani Secret Lipstick. Bought it because I love the colour but without swatching. It's such a beautiful colour!!

Okay, so my favorite lip treatment is the ELF lip treatment. However I highly recommend layering it with a lip oil or lip balm. My favorite lip oil is the Passionfruit lip oil by Burt's Bees and my favorite lip balm is the lip balm by Naturium. You can get all of them at Target. Such a good combo.
The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is my all time favorite. I bought like three of the peppermint ones at Christmas time so I’d have them on hand because I love all things peppermint as well 🤣😍
I love them as well! It's my fave since 2017. They're so good! Most of Laneige products are amazing.

Thanks for the reminder about eye cream. I've been having a no make up day with not enough sleep, and just generally not feeling great, and I popped on my current favorite eye cream to help withy bags.
Currently, I've been liking the Sun Bum eye cream. It's not too heavy and has no scent. I was kind of shocked at Sun Bum having skin care, but it's been kind of a nice surprise.

I love a good lip mask, but if my lips are truly chapped, I always go back to Vaseline. It's hydrating, but doesn't have extras that could potentially irritate my lips

I am SO READY for spring!!! We are still very deep in winter🇨🇦. We had -30C last week. This week we are seeing -15C to -19C. Plus temperatures are still 6 weeks away!
Have you tried the L’Oréal 4 in 1 balm ? It’s so beautiful on the skin . I always here people say skin like and then I try and it’s so makeup ee . But this actually looks like skin but sooo much better

I don’t know that it’s a “lip treatment” but the Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Kiss Lip Butter (not the tints, the regular balm!) is aaaaaaamaaaaazing! The experience of using it is otherworldly and it makes your lips deliciously soft. I love it-def worth the money!
I like the Nuxe Rêve de Miel ( Honey Dream) in a pot, it is usually about 10€ in France. It was tested in Canada, in the winter and it works well as a nighttime balm and also as a day balm.
Lottie London Sweet Lips mask and balm has been a lifesaver this winter!

I received a sample of the Laneige lip mask. I had rolled my eyes about this product even though I live at altitude in the Canadian Rockies where it is very dry. Then I tried it. Damn, I must purchase. Before I could hit up Sephora, I tried Dr Pawpaw Multipurpose Soothing Balm. Exact same effect at a fraction of the price and no annoying pot to deal with (I have very long nails and need to use a spatula with lip balm pots). So Dr Pawpaw is my suggestion.
Where can you get dr paw paw? I don't think I saw it in Pharmaprix. I'm from Quebec!
Tati, when you were on hiatus, I completely stopped watching all makeup channels and actually stopped wearing makeup altogether. Now that you've returned, you are THE ONLY makeup channel I watch and have started a new list of "Makeup Recommended by Tati". I'm so happy you're back!
As for macaron vs macaroon: in my eyes, "macaron" is singular and "macaroon" is plural. HOWEVER, now that Tati brought it up, I HAD to find out THE REAL TRUTH, so here's what I found: macarons are 2 cookies sandwiched with filling in the middle and are made with almonds suspended in merengue; macaroons are usually a ball-type cookie, made with coconut in a dense, chewy merengue. That said, in the Loreal, macaron review, Tati did say it wrong, but in my eyes with my rules, she was right because she was reviewing several items - making macaron plural, so MACAROONS! 🤪
The first part was also me. When she was gone I stopped buying makeup and pretty much stopped wearing it.
And yeah…I’m Jewish. We eat macaroons during Passover. Never heard of a macaron until college. Only macaroons.
Dang! Now I'm hungry! I prefer MACAROONS over MACARONS any day!
