    I used to love horses and grew up drawing a lot of horses all over my school notebooks. Your dedication towards these majestic beatuies is unmatched, love the content ❤

    Jack is pretty smart and once he figured out how each device worked, he had no trouble dealing with them.

    Yall are so sweet. We just jumped up without a saddle and rode them wherever; over high bridges, up and down banks, jumping fallen trees and streams, swimming in rivers & lakes. We just got on them and took off. I never knew you are supposed to go slow. Lol
    There are so many more things I could have done if I'd only known.
    Good fun 👍

      Yes you need to take it slow and introduce it to them, but you didn't know so its ok

      I wish we had had cameras especially the go pro cameras. I could rewatch all the fun I had with my 'Black Beauty'. And if we had had the internet, I would have been more interested in training and in competitions.

      @@leiajewelcloud5876 I am such a horse nut, one hot July 100°+ day, my cousin & I were riding my horse around our ranch and we decided to look for water. There was supposed to be a pond somewhere up on the hill. The hill was full of misquite trees, cactus and lots of sand. I felt so sorry for my horse that I made my cousin & I walk & take turns carrying the saddle for him; a western heavy saddle. ROFL
      I probably weighed all of 78 lbs.
      ROFL. I can't believe I did that. My horse loved me. 😂

    Introducing new obstacles from the ground is time well spent, even before they're started under saddle. Good job. 👍

    I may have alluded to this in the recent past, but your delivery is sublime. Your voice is both calming and refreshing at the same time. That you minister to these, the most wonderful animal on Earth, is another thing altogether. Thank you for all that you bring to us here on YT.

    Question:wy is your lead rope at his nose rather than under it?

    • @JSHorsemanship
      @JSHorsemanship  Год назад +4

      The halter he is wearing is a cavesson:) The lead clip on the nose is to help with improving the horse’s straightness and directing him🐴
