Endlich!!! Eine schönere Art des Segelfluges kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Leise und umweltfreundlich. Warten wir auf die noch besseren Akkus zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.

I take it all back! it is an amazing (and full size) sailplane. It makes other powered gliders look a bit like hard work. But it's under 13M and cost 38,000 Euros (in 2011) plus tax & freight from Italy.

I don't know much about gliders but wouldn't it be a good idea to install a Tesla battery to power the propellers and in addition to that, once airborne, turn the power off, glide around like any other sailplane, and allow the natural moving wind continue to move the propellers and regenerate the batteries like a wind turbine???
