Is the speedometer accurate? It really doesn't look like 80km/h but maybe it's just the camera fov.
60fps makes it look slower indeed. I could set it to 24frames per second and make 50km/h look like warp speed lol ;)

Bis ihr eure tour fertig habt mit sagen wir zb 500 km war er mindestens 6 mal tanken in die Aerox passen nur knapp 7 liter Benzin Öl glaube ich 250 ml mussman bedenken mehr cc heisst mehr benzin und luft im brennraum

Anything better then 12" original carburator to be honest. Won't give you more speed, but better throttle response and bit more acceleration if you got everything set up right.

very nice scooter however I don't understand, being younger I notice an mbk stunt with a 70 stage 6 aluminum kit and 19 carburettor, I took 135km/h why with a 94CC it works less? more on a nitro (motor has the horizontal and cooled by water)

Its just soo cold here the engine didn't warm up = winter run ;)
Also top speed has everything to do with gearing ... Not so much the cilinder capacity :)

How fast is it? My 70cc Aerox Stage 6 mk2 has about 21hp and can drive 150 kmh

This on with original gearing reaches 160km/h on the DYNO. On the streets only took it to 134km/h (as demonstrated on video somewhere on my channel)

Plus wrong kilometers never right when you use this way.Top speed is somewhere between 70/75max if it's the small one let's say the Yamaha target 90cc or something close to this one cuz of small wheels & not heavy after 70/80 its read to fly with bad landing;)

Zijn Kawasaki 250cc radiatoren. De orginele Aerox/Nitro radiator zit nog altijd op zijn plek, maar zijn in serie aangesloten.

Did a testrun in next video showing 136.8km/h with the short 2 secundaire gear. Still need to change that this summer or spring. But yeah, please show me a video of your scooter doing that bro ! Aerox has a good original gearing and might take you to 117km/h after a long long while :)
@@HighEndRide i could drive at 117kmh for km i had 50 mhr carburetor pot variator mhr transmission half long mhr also i took from 0 to 90 in not long after i needed a bit of extension to go up to 117 kmh but once jy was my editor turned slowly so i could stay there fora long time and i would have made a video for you but unfortnately i sold them i keep them for a very long time but i am 44 years old and i posted the young people white salt and i posed the young people whit their 50cc all ride they were hallucinating 🤣😂

Whats the variator setup ? Clutch springs, contrast spring and rollers weight ?
Lots of videos on the channel on springs and replacing my Malossi clutch for a Polini 3G clutch...
Current rollers 6x 3.8gr
Clutch contrast spring : Polini 34KG - Malossi Red works fine as well.
Small springs in the clutch are black Malossi or the tightest I could find and set the clutch to max so it grips really late.

I have 6x 9,3g rollers, white malossi contrast spring and yellow malossi clutch springs. Clutch is malossi delta clutch. Top speed is almost 130km/h but I have a big problem whit acceleration i need to rev the engine to 12k and wait 5sec to start accelerating
What cilinder are you using ? .. I would suggest way lighter rollers, but something def funky your clutch isn't gripping faster :D or i'm just mis understanding that part and you just need lighter rollers (6x 5.5gr for a 70cc / Around 4gr for 100cc tuned) It's all trial and error but it all comes down to fine tuning on a dyno by preference ;)
