That was amazing...I'm learning to use my looper, reverb, distortion and wah-wah pedals with my electric cello now. THIS is what I would love to be able to do in the end. Lots of practice between here and there. Thanx for sharing!

Me too! I just got an RC-505 and a Line 6 pedal effects board. So much learning to do!

I love the cello so much, but all these digital loopers and mic systems muffle the organic resonance, makes the otherwise resounding chambers of the instrument ring so nasal sounding, so scrunched up, so dry, crispy texture throughout, the bow going across strings are really prominent, distracting. Everything sounds like it's coming out if a Styrofoam cube through my 7 hundred dollar headphones system.
The compression of these looping machines and mics have always been giving me conflicting hearing because I know what looping sounds like and I know what cello sounds like. But it's so rare to hear this set up sound natural and not overly processed ?
I love creativity thanks for sharing but I have to voice the obvious elephant in the studio or wherever ... Thanks much from Canada.
