As some of you might remember, we looked after an orphaned Canada gosling earlier this year. During that time, we were working on the final songs for our now released album “WHY?”.
We wrote a little tune for her and wanted her to be part of the recording. The fee negotiations were exhaustive, but she finally agreed to do some guest vocals on it, under the one condition that she could star in her very own music video. Who can say “no” to a cutie like her! So here it is! 🙂
Our pretty little thing is back on the big screen!

The lovely artwork was painted by Neve herself, using her stinky little goose flippers and non toxic, water soluble vegetable-based paint.🐥

This is so charming, such a fun song. I can't stop smiling when I listen to it. Reminds me of when I lived in the wetlands by the lake, every spring there were dozens of pretty little things like Neve, running around with their mommas.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving in the USA. As a 67year-old father of four beautiful daughters (and husband of the love of my life for 35 years) I am thankful for and truly appreciate you both. Such beauty and talent! Your music makes me happy. Bless you for sharing your music on RUclips. I look forward to ordering your CD’s and hearing the rest (love the Beatle’s covers!). You certainly have a way with animals. Although, Neve does follow direction well. Love the pics of you all holding full grown Neve in your arms. This just proves animals are good at detecting whether someone is kool.

WOW I was surprised this morning as I was getting ready for work to receive a RUclips reply from my FAVORITE music group The MonaLisa Twins and that I had won a prize….I don’t know how I did that …but I enjoy everything y’all do….I got home from work and before anything else I had to check out that “Day 1” Advent Calendar and left a comment…….thank you girls for EVERYTHING you do…I get a kick out of it….at 72 years old I’m still trying to “stay groovey”❤️🧡

Oh a Canada Goose. I see them on the side of the road just lounging around sometimes. Didn't know they migrated as far as Austria. ; )
I had a Canada goose hiss at me one day!,there's a lot of them here in Canada and I'd seen them at work for years but I was surprised when on my way home one evening this one angry goose hissed at me,none of them had ever done that before,usually they ran away but this one guy just wouldn't move,no way,it was me that got out of the way,punk goose! Bob.

The video is so gorgeous and heartwarming, and the song has a wonderfully catchy tune with a stand out guitar sounds. Simple and amazing, love the song!
“Pretty Little Thing” is a charming song about an abandoned Canada Goose gosling named Neve, that Mona and Lisa rescued and lovingly raised for a few weeks and returned to the wild, giving little Neve a new chance at life to grow into a magnificent goose. Love the contrast at the end of the album, where the music of “Why” takes you up into an incredible powerful climax, and then you hear Neve! Your heart melts to the sweetness of “Pretty Little Thing”. Just absolutely brilliant album, the way everything fits together so perfectly.
“Pretty Little Thing”, in context to these times reminds us what really matters, a sweet little baby goose, so innocent and fragile, so full of love, needs protecting and saving. Hearing little Neve chirping and singing melts your heart, it gets right down to the child in all of us, and perhaps underscores the theme and message of the album, this planet and humanity is worth saving from the path of destruction it’s on.
Pretty Little Thing fits in perfectly with the flow of the album, and gives it an additional dimension. It’s like a thematic counterpoint that is such an awesome way to end the album. Everything just all fits together so well.
Little Neve is so cute and goes well with the laid back carefree groove of the song. A perfect ending to the new album

After the initial vlog on how we found her (ruclips.net/video/uUIQLP4lexk/видео.html) we posted another update to our MLT Club a few months later. In short - she grew up amazingly with her Grayleg goose buddy and has now flown off to warmer weather. Maybe she’ll be back in spring 🤞
