In actuality, to be strong is to be able to share your sorrows and burdens without shame, so you may be healthy and succeed. That isn’t to say make your problems everyone else’s, but rather to be able to have the feedback or support we sometimes need in life, especially when we’re so young and confused about what to do. It’s okay to cry. You’re not foolish for being human, and for feeling pain.
