Archimonde actually has quite a bit of lore now. The Skull of the Man'ari artifact story that gets added to your book as you gather artifact knowledge is more the story of Archimonde before he became Archimonde.
Archimonde was a summon and the wisps do damage especially to summons, so the combo of 10.000 wisps and Nordrassil exploding was too much even for Archie...also cause his fucking Malfurion xD.

There is no "alternate Archimonde". When a legion demon dies, its soul wanders through the twisting nether untill it takes flesh form, again, on Argus (Legion's homeland atm). It's said so on the "illidan" novel'; and the only way to permanently kill them is to do it on Argus, or else they`ll keep coming back.
you should also add that even if its an alternate draenor its still the same legion and archimonde that got their shit kicked in b4 and their whole plan was "hey, this fell orc invasion plan was going so well for a time! Let's just try again!"

It has never been shown that they can manipulate time, it's more that they are immune to it. They exist in all of the time lines simultaneously but do not control them the way the bronze dragons do. They probably wouldn't even see the difference between the timelines since they are all immortal beings with no reason to notice it.

Except that is really...ambiguous. For example, they had to piece Mannoroth back together again like Humpty Dumpty even though he is clearly strong enough to qualify as a "powerful demon" (since he dies in Azeroth during WC3 and is then alive and well in WoD). Some sources say they can only manifest on each timeline or world until they die and then they can't manifest there anymore (but can manifest elsewhere). It doesn't help that this bit of lore did not apply until Warlords (except possibly to the Dreadlords. I think it may have been mentioned at some point that they followed that rule, but it might have been in the tabletop books which are no longer canon). So, basically, Blizzard has no fucking idea what they're doing with this shit and are flying by the seat of their pants regarding demons.

The thing is, even in the Mythic.Version of the Raid, the endcinematic still is the same. That means he teleported us and himself back and took his last breath on Draenor. So he is still alive

Also, in Mythic difficulty, you kill Archi inside the Twisting Nether, so it's safe to assume that he's gone for good now.
Love how you stay true to the lore but adds quite some comedy to it. Really want to see Malfurion or Varian' story. But since your doing the expansions' final bosses, guess I'd love to see Garrosh's story. Really wanna see the warchief with daddy issues. Or ragnaros since malfurion helps to kill him.

Basically, we just keep forgetting that Archimonde has soulstone up, so we have to keep killing him over and over again until we finally catch him while it's on cooldown.
From what I understand, Archimond in AU Draenor is the same Archimond from our time line, because the Twisting Nether exists separate from our universe. And because we didn't kill him in the Nether, and neither did Fucking Malfurion, he still isn't dead.

It s been explained that if a demon doesnt die in the twisting nether OR argus, they can be reborn. So archimonde did die at Shaladrassil by the fury of Kalimdor but his soul wasnt destroyed. He returned to the burning throne and was resurrected. He may be resurrected again, since he died in Draenor which is just another world. Kil jaeden however will not because his spaceship was flying in the twisting nether when we killed him

IIRC, in the mythic Archimonde fight, which is the one that ultimately counts, we down the boss in the Twisting Nether, so he is actually dead.
