this drill is amazing I can do the half swing and strike my ball awesome. the only one I kind of struggle with is adding that bottom part into my entire full swing. is that something that just gets put into muscle memory after time and time again of doing the drill? cause when I tried to implement the bottom half into my full swing it was very hard to achieve.

This seems to contradict another lesson tip that you posted on forearm rotation. This seems more like a square to square swing with no forearm rotation. You’re not releasing here and keeping the right wrist bent back during the entire swing with more of a pulling motion through impact, correct?
Love the drill Kerrod as it also provides correct pelvic area movement . So much poor instruction in some places regarding hip movement which is incorrect. Raising awareness regarding direction of arms I.e. moving ‘under’ the upper half in the downswing which provides pressure on the ball . I coach process and not outcome particularly for drills also 👍

It's always a good idea to build up the speed for this kind of drill. That will help lock it into your muscle memory.
