Love your style and delivery and verbal ruminations and sound effects ("whooosh!"). A breath of fresh air!. Subscribed! Your section on warm-up is particularly excellent. I can testify from personal experience, any kind of speed training when your body is cold is asking for trouble.
@@Whatzzzz999 thank you for the positive feedback! Really appreciate it, and please let me know what topics you want me to cover or questions you have!
@@LionelMessi-ct7tu are you asking tips for controlling contact with more speed, or hitting an actual ball with the alignment stick because that was not the purpose of the drill 😂
@@CoachJasonGolf Sorry buddy, I’ve had one cocktail too many! My club head speed is around 107 to 110. I can get a bit faster but I lose all control if I go for it so I tend to keep my speed to around 105 with the driver which means I hit around 80 / 85% of fairways. I spend most of my practice time on wedges and putting. My index is 2.4 Thanks for taking the time to respond to my idiotic post. 👏
@ technique and speed are two different concepts. I would film yourself so you can see what changes occur when you ramp up, as well grab some Launch Monitor numbers! What’s the contact error, and directional miss you struggle with when you ramp up speed?
@haydenb7208 💯 the over speed training can be done literally anywhere, especially on the course before playing! You can use it always as a way to get yourself to your “Back Nine Speed” on Hole 1!
Great tips for increasing speed. Something I'll work on for sure. Enjoy vacation and Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! Let me know if you’re working on the training and what results you’re getting!

I’ve tried using the alignment stick, but it’s soooo difficult hitting the ball with it. Any tips?

@@LionelMessi-ct7tu keep in the mind this video is working on club head speed more so than technical skills.

I wlll have to try the Alignment stick drill. If you dont have a simulator would you recommend for the long driving at the range? Merry christmas!

Do the Heat, Stretch, and Ice Routine Daily as well!
Do the Over Speed Drills Daily, and right before you Go out and Play so you can get to your Back Nine Club Head Speed on the First Tee!
