I'm Sorry. We had some great talent back in the day. His voice was sooooo sweet and smooth. Those guys were bad. I'm still stuck in the early 70s. Thanks for sharing.
I think of my primo Diego, who died very recently, very suddenly, from a heroin overdose. He was the same age as me today, 22; but we always bonded feeling a little detached from our generation, feeling somehow like ancient gangsters. We were both suckers for all sorts of music, grimy rap, old school rock, but especially funk and old soul. Growing up in Phoenix and DC I always loved oldies, and I’d share with him all my new digs. Right before he passed, I’d catch him getting into them too.
One of the sweetest tenors of all time
Love this track along with Beside Me
Anyone listening now?

Haven't heard this song in 25+ years. I liked the Choice Four a lot back then... Brought back memories... Thanks for posting.
I'm an old school girl at heart & this is a new one for me! Thank God for old school. I wouldn't be who I am without it.
I loved this group. Collected all three albums.
I'm glad it brought back memories for you.
The 70s & 80s were the good old days where these types of music could be heard at many house parties.
My jam ❤
Wow, our first dance to this song epitomizes that it's never too late to love again....!
