I have not seen figurine-based merchs to be having a zealous fanbase that would buy 'original', save for Japanese garage kits that gets astronomically expensive with all the proxy loopholes utilized for some of the non-negotiable silly rules. at best of legal intention, you're paying someone's service fee to 3D print this; that price is definitely just about there, I use 3d printers too. being digital, selling the data itself... once someone reupload it, what could stop the community or outsiders from thinking 'just download it for free lol'? not limited to this specific case where the model of the head itself may likely be taken from game asset(which reduces point for original effort)
